Hi i open a new account with cyber club casino on the 30 dec 2014 at 11.54pm. when registering you could set a daily deposit limit of£100 this was to stop me spending to much on the one day as i am a complusive gamble . made my first deposit of £20 then another for £20 and another for £50 m next deposit should have been rejected but then remembered that was in to next day 31 dec by now my complusison had kicked in and it was at times like this that i need the daily limit as it stops me tried to deposit £100 knowing that this should be rejected but it wasnt thus i continued to gamble until i had deposit and lost £1690. Can you please help me with this cyber club have behaved very unfairly. i put my trust in them when i set the deposit limit so that that i wouldnt gamble more than i can afford. I emailed them at once to tell them to close my account due to my complusion and asked them why i was allowed to deposit more then my daily depost limit . but no reply. Have went on to live chat but never opened and left several messages but no reply to any . Have telephoned them twice but no answer .today is 2 jan 2015 and my account is still open and still no reply to any emails . can you please help me get in contact with them as i am goin no where and as my account is still open i am feeling the need to gamble a gain as i know that this site will allow me to go over the deposit limit.
