The website barely functions (completely nonfunctional for the past 11 days), support rarely answer emails, unable to access funds for 11 days with no real explanation.

Ok so where do I start. I am a UK player I will admit I have an unhealthy relationship with gambling, long story short I deposited £600 and within a day had a balance of £15,000. I tried to make a withdrawal and could only withdraw a maximum of £1996 back to my card. I started to look around the FAQ for limits but couldn't find any information. I contacted live support and asked if I could withdraw more and the response I got was very simple. NO!

I accept full responsibility for losing the balance, however i am detailing this as a deterrent to anyone thinking to join codeta.com if you don't have strong self control. I feel like they did everything possible to avoid helping me to protect me. They do not offer session limits, deposit limits, the option to lock down withdrawals and from my dealing they don't have a self exclusion available that will immediately protect you.

I have never felt vulnerable when gambling even though I have a problem with gambling but codeta.com made me feel very vulnerable and everything I asked they told me to contact everymatrix. They have no complaint procedure or ADR service.

All in all my opinion is they are scummy and have no interest in protecting players. The customer service is shocking the withdrawal limits are a disgrace.

No help with payment issues. 2 whole days pending period and then no care when payment not rec'd. It is not good when a casino asks for private bank statements just to check whether payment has been sent successfully. This is an experience that I want to share, I have deposited an amount using Trustly on Saturday 04th Feb 2017 which as per the message on screen shall get credit on next day as it was exceeding limit.
