No Contact regarding account closure

Hi im a new member of ASKGAMBLERS and what a god send to find this site. Im having a terrible time with Codeta casinos customer support or lack of it! I have requested to have my account closed and have had no responce. I have managed to deposit a further £500 to my account. I have had no contact from live suppprt or by email. I wish to close my account and have money returned due to failiure to protect customers. A reputable casino should have some form or support available, live chat phone email. Codeta seems to think it doesnt need to contact customers. I hope this matter cam be solved.

Unpaid spin & account balance

I joined this site on the 13th of October, one of my spins was unpaid (£ on 32 red = £288) so I contacted the in game support who confirmed this and said it will be investigated by the casino with a response in 2 days (see attachments). I have been requesting an update on this issue for 3 weeks and keep getting told it has not been investigated yet. On the 14th of October and ever since then, I have not been able to access my account which had a balance of £325 i have also been chasing this issue roughly every 2 days up until now and have been told the site has issues with some users when logging in and it was with their IT department. A few days ago, I self excluded myself from a different website which was also run by everymatrix gaming and so i was self excluded on codeta also. Neither of my outstanding issues have been resolved yet so i requested my balance to be sent to me. I have had no response on this. In total I am owed £325 (balance when account was unable to be accessed due to site issues) and £288 from an unpaid spin due to software issues for a total of £613

Refusing to process my withdrawal request

Hi. Something have happen with this Casino. They refuse to process my withdrawal. More than 48 hours passed now and the support promised me and promised me to send it. Byt they don't. Delay in Deposit

This is more than complaint and an unpleasant experience that I want to share, i opened an account with Codeta on 4th February and tried to make deposit with them 1. I deposited an amount using Trustly services at Codeta on Saturday 04th Feb 2017 which usually looking into the previous history with other casinos never take more than few minutes. 2. But as per the message after making deposit on Codeta a message displayed that deposit will be credited on next day as it was exceeding limit. This in itself was quite surprising for me as I have never experienced this problem at any other casino before. 3. Adding adding to the pain, today it's 07th February 2017 and my money is still not deposited to the account. I have been trying to get an answer and now customer care stating it may take up to 3 business day to settle and reflect in your account. I was completely stunned with that response but adding to that customer representative like Tryst working with them were quite rude in chat when ask for explanation (my chat transcript can be checked for that). 4. I want them to track it with Trustly asap and get my money deposited, whenever a question is asked they revert back stating its lying with trustly and we don't have control. They have not specified any time limit with any of the deposit method, how a customer will know what they shall expect in case of any failure or error during deposit. 5. In this world of live casino and gaming everything is instant and if it takes almost 3-5 days just to realise the deposit how can one expect a customer to stay with you. I am still waiting for my money counting the days.

Unfairly confiscated my winnings

I got a 50 swedish kr bonus to use in the live casino, I jumped into the roulette tables won the ammount over 400 kr, around 41 euros, now I bet 6 -10 kr chips on 1 number, and it hits on my number suddenly my balance is zero, after contacting the support they claim I have bet 60 kr and the max bet for bonus is 50 kr a bet, theres no were on the site I can find the info 50 kr max bet on bonuses very unclear. Ontop of that they confiscated all the money refused to pay the ammount before this 60 kr bet, and havent got any mail answers either.

They take there sweet time getting back to 1/3 emails you sen, their live chat is never up and running. Iran super easy to deposit money but almost impossible to get a hold of someone to withdraw the way you want. Been waiting 3 days to even get steered in the right direction been responded to once that didn’t even help at all. Once you win money they will purposely take there sweet time trying to get you to play more so you don’t have to withdraw instead lose your money. Don’t fall into the trap

Nothing worthy of noting from my experience of this site.

The website barely functions (completely nonfunctional for the past 11 days), support rarely answer emails, unable to access funds for 11 days with no real explanation.

Their site offers very little in the way of bonuses, their search function doesn’t work so you limited to very few games on their homepage. I’ve been waiting 10 days for a VIP bonus which doesn’t seem to be ever coming.

Played one of their netent games and played through a couple of thousand before they took the game down.

I have to say this is the best casino experience I've ever had. I played the christas 100% up to 100€ match-bonus and deposited 100€. Played hot as hades w 25€/spin and won a decent amount.

Then I couldn't withdraw and they told me I had just wagered just 10€ (actually it was ~4000€).
so I asked the support twice about the details and in the end, they credited me the whole amount for real money!

They said, their bonus terms were recently updated, so, the time I had played, they were actually already updated but not available for the players under bonus terms and conditions. So they ended up giving me all the money which is outstanding support! Thank you codeta-team !!!

Now there are a lot of slots which only count 20% when wagering a bonus so have a look before you play on.
