Half the Games do not work, slow site has to refresh all the time. Issues with depositing. You don't anything!!

At that time my new passport was getting made so I asked some questions, how and when I could verify my account. The support was very helpful and professional.

I didn't send any documents yet, but the next day I got the money in my Neteller account, even though I hadn't verified myself. Overall I think they are a great casino. They have lots of games and very good customer support. Although my withdrawal took a little longer than usual, I was still pleased with my experience.

Slow cash out. My cash out request has been in a pending state for 4 days. I have chased the withdrawal multiple times with their live support and their response is it should hopefully be processed soon. I feel that waiting for days for a withdrawal to be processed is unjustified and could also be perceived as a delay tactic. I will. It be reversing my withdrawal

Ok so where do I start. I am a UK player I will admit I have an unhealthy relationship with gambling, long story short I deposited £600 and within a day had a balance of £15,000. I tried to make a withdrawal and could only withdraw a maximum of £1996 back to my card. I started to look around the FAQ for limits but couldn't find any information. I contacted live support and asked if I could withdraw more and the response I got was very simple. NO!

So I made multiple withdrawals to the balance amount, I then contacted live support again to ask about processing times and the response I got is "the payment team will process them when they get to them in due course". At the time I was talking to live support I asked them if there was anything I could do to protect the cash outs as i didn't want to reverse them but thought that i would if they were pending for a long period. The response I got to this was there was nothing they could do. As a responsible gaming provider I said they should be able to do something again they refused. I asked about self excluding as this meant I couldn't even access my account and my balance would be safe. I was advised I had to contact [email protected]. This confused me as I had joined codeta.com. I emailed everymatrix on 3 separate occasions with no response.

Low and behold I ended up reversing the cash out and proceeded to lose the £15k. I accept full responsibility for losing the balance, however i am detailing this as a deterrent to anyone thinking to join codeta.com if you don't have strong self control. I feel like they did everything possible to avoid helping me to protect me. They do not offer session limits, deposit limits, the option to lock down withdrawals and from my dealing they don't have a self exclusion available that will immediately protect you.

I have never felt vulnerable when gambling even though I have a problem with gambling but codeta.com made me feel very vulnerable and everything I asked they told me to contact everymatrix. They have no complaint procedure or ADR service.

All in all my opinion is they are scummy and have no interest in protecting players. The customer service is shocking the withdrawal limits are a disgrace.

This is only from my experience and doesn't mean it reflects everyone's experience. I have been an active gambler for 14 years and have to say this is the first time I have really felt like I was purposely being put into a position that only favours the casino.

No help with payment issues. 2 whole days pending period and then no care when payment not rec'd. It is not good when a casino asks for private bank statements just to check whether payment has been sent successfully. This is an experience that I want to share, I have deposited an amount using Trustly on Saturday 04th Feb 2017 which as per the message on screen shall get credit on next day as it was exceeding limit. But adding to the pain, today its 06th February and my money is still not deposited to the account. I have been trying to get an answer and now customer care stating it may take up to 3 business day to settle and reflect in your account.
