No Contact regarding account closure
Hi im a new member of ASKGAMBLERS and what a god send to find this site. Im having a terrible time with Codeta casinos customer support or lack of it! I have requested to have my account closed and have had no responce. I have managed to deposit a further £500 to my account. I have had no contact from live suppprt or by email. I wish to close my account and have money returned due to failiure to protect customers. A reputable casino should have some form or support available, live chat phone email. Codeta seems to think it doesnt need to contact customers. I hope this matter cam be solved.
