No Contact regarding account closure


Hi im a new member of ASKGAMBLERS and what a god send to find this site. Im having a terrible time with Codeta casinos customer support or lack of it! I have requested to have my account closed and have had no responce. I have managed to deposit a further £500 to my account. I have had no contact from live suppprt or by email. I wish to close my account and have money returned due to failiure to protect customers. A reputable casino should have some form or support available, live chat phone email. Codeta seems to think it doesnt need to contact customers. I hope this matter cam be solved.

Delay in Deposit
This is more than complaint and an unpleasant experience that I want to share, i opened an account with Codeta on 4th February and tried to make deposit with them 1. I deposited an amount using Trustly services at Codeta on Saturday 04th Feb 2017 which usually looking into the previous history with other casinos never take more than few minutes. 2. But as per the message after making deposit on Codeta a message displayed that deposit will be credited on next day as it was exceeding limit. This in itself was quite surprising for me as I have never experienced this problem at any other casino before. 3. Adding adding to the pain, today it's 07th February 2017 and my money is still not deposited to the account. I have been trying to get an answer and now customer care stating it may take up to 3 business day to settle and reflect in your account. I was completely stunned with that response but adding to that customer representative like Tryst working with them were quite rude in chat when ask for explanation (my chat transcript can be checked for that). 4. I want them to track it with Trustly asap and get my money deposited, whenever a question is asked they revert back stating its lying with trustly and we don't have control. They have not specified any time limit with any of the deposit method, how a customer will know what they shall expect in case of any failure or error during deposit. 5. In this world of live casino and gaming everything is instant and if it takes almost 3-5 days just to realise the deposit how can one expect a customer to stay with you. I am still waiting for my money counting the days.
