Casino Titan ' Down', Another 'Sister' Casino Urging to Open Account

So Casino Titan has been 'down' all day (07/20/2015). Curious, I uninstalled the program, then tried to reinstall it. Any action like this redirects me to WinPalace casino. When I explained I was just trying to recover my Casino Titan account (and asked why the program that became downloaded was WinPalace), I get a scripted response that 'Casino Titan' is running maintenance, but in the meantime...' urging me to open an account with them because they're 'sister casinos'. I don't care to open an account with another casino. I care to play the well-deserved credits I have residing with Casino Titan. Something smells very funny here. Wondering if I'll ever get my credits back from Casino Titan.

Casino Titan - Keep stalling my payment for ages

My account is fully verified and I do not have any bonuses at all. I had $1900.00 of funds available for withdrawal. I requested the full amount and was only given $500.00. The other $1400.00 was put back in my account. After several calls, chats and emails that went nowhere I decided to try another withdraw. This time they sent me $400.00 and deposited the remaining $1000.00 back in my account. This entire process took well over a month. More calls and emails went nowhere. They simply tell me I need to wager more often so that my account is more active and they will release more funds in my next withdraw. I simply want to receive my full withdrawal request. I will not give business to a company that treats their customers this way anymore. Terms &Conditions say they will pay out up to $2500.00 and I have not requested more than that.

Casino Titan Credibility Concerns

I set up an account and started playing Blackjack on Casino Titan on 2/15/2015. I submitted all faxback documents and was notified on 3/10 by Danielle Huttington Finance Department [email protected] that I was approved for withdrawals. Between the periods from 2/15/2015 until 3/1/2015 I deposited a total of $840. After playing and losing throughput I finally won some money. I satisfied all playthroughs and had a balance of $1425. On 3/22 I requested to withdraw my winnings of $1425. On 3/30/2015 I only received $500 in my bank account. On 4/3 I requested the remaining $925, 4/13 declined. 4/16 requested again. 4/21 declined. 4/26 requested again, 5/4 declined. Played a bit and balance dropped to $921. 5/5 requested $921, 5/13 declined. 5/16 reduced my request to withdraw $350 of the $921. 5/25 declined. From these requests and declines I emailed support; [email protected] on 4/24 sharing my concerns and requesting the remaining funds. On 5/4 I received an email from Charlie Eliza Thornton Casino Titan VIP Manager [email protected] that I am not playing enough which is why my requests were cancelled. On 5/4 I played a few hands lowering my balance from $925 to $921. I then replied and asked if I will receive my my winnings. It is 5/27 and still no response. Casino Titan - Stalling verification and refusing to pay

I won at Casino Titan.My documents was successfuly approved ,They sent me an e-mail on 17.09.2014 that I need to wait 90 working days, so I can withdrawal my money after 90 working days because my account is chosen for security check,so is till 21.01.2015.After that day my attempt to withdrawals was not successful so was not approved. I did not get my winnings. Now when I wish to login and request a withdrawal is not possible because my account is locked.Please help me to get my money I won in a fair way.

The point is that probably some other casino group sent you notice that I sent fake personal documents for verification but this is completely not true.Because the falsification of identity documents is a criminal ofense and casino accused me that I sent fake ID and Driving Licence(also photographed with my photo holding the document in my hand) I went to the government office where I was issued a Certificate of Good Conduct.

To find out exactly what is wrong with my personal documents for which casino thoughts are fake I went also to government unit which issue identity documents.They confirmed that my personal documents are valid and legit.

I had won a jackpot, 33K, sounds great right? Well they only have been performing a 500.00/wk withdraw, whatever okay I'm down. Casino Titan - No matter what hoops I jump thru cannot get money even after being told 3 times its on its way

Casino Titan is not paying me. I've done a withdrawal request ($635) several times but every time the money will be refunded in my account. When i asked in the live chat for a reason, they told me the next: I am really sorry to tell you, that the determination of the withdrawal amount is based on a set of standards (including player status, activity, and other considerations). Casino Titan is not paying

Casino Titan has not paid me since September of 2014 and owes over $8700. I have requested multiple withdrawals since then and have been declined each time even though I met the requirements of the bonus. My latest chat with them says that my "withdrawal was declined due to lack of deposit activity in the past 30 days". This makes no sense to me and is no where in the rules. Why would I deposit more money if I can't get my current winnings?

I won around $2500 in June. They paid me $500, but my next withdrawal was declined in July. I was sent an email about my account was chosen for security checking and it might take up to 90 business days. It is expired in November. I haven't got any update about the checking. I recently decided to give Casino Titan a try - straight deposits - no bonus garbage - no sign-up package, etc.

Without a doubt the worst pay outs I have EVER encountered and I've been gaming for over 30 years. I only play slots.

In my first instance with Casino Titan, after using $600 credits, max bet, $3 at a time, my return was a whopping 6 credits. Yes. I said 6. Out of 600 bet. Thinking it was a fluke, like a fool, I tried again. This time I only wasted $150 USD. The same results. Pathetic payouts and few and far between.

I fully appreciate the "win some - lose some nature" of gaming, but NEVER have I experienced such paltry payouts. I've read other opinions on here, and elsewhere, and I have read NOTHING that would make me ever trust this scam outfit with another dime. Pathetic.

Anyone who is claiming big money return from these guys is a shill.

I have never had any problems with Casino Titan but I have never tried to withdraw any winnings. I did win 5000.00 Jackpot 2 nights ago....but I am concerned about giving them any info. Also...have any of you tried to have a wire transfer to your bank and it be successful? Does the bank know where the transfer is coming from? I was told by the casino that it is all done with numbers. But can I trust them??

I had never heard of Casino Titan but i have heard of Titan Poker and like a fool i thought they were connected in some way, but they are not. In fact, there is a brilliant playtech casino called Titan Casino but this is totally different, this is an RTG casino and its called Casino Titan, its also a big joke. After accidentally registering thinking it was Playtech software but i quickly recognized their games and thought 'oh no, not real time'.

I claimed a no deposit bonus just for fun and for once i actually didn't want to win, i just wanted to play for fun and see how much i could make with a free chip.

Unfortunately i managed to build upto $350 playing some Dracula slot game, passed wagering and started thinking to myself whether or not to waste time attempting a cash out and sending documents etc.

Just behind Rival this is my worst software to gamble on, not because of the games as i think they are awesome but because of the terrible support and amount of complaints.

I did attempt to Cash-out $50 but it was pending for 5 days and even sent in documents to verify my details but like hundreds of other users i was given the run around, I really feel sorry for the people who have deposited their own hard earned money only to be scammed, this is in fact a rogue casino and their support team talk like to you like you have half a brain cell. To this day i sometimes log into my account to check on the withdrawal but it will always say pending and that is disgraceful for an online casino.

Forget mentioning their deposit bonuses, these are pointless as you wont be able to cash out anything, its like trying to get blood from a stone.

I really want people to take note of this review and stay well clear from Casino Titan as your money will only be paying their staff, if you do see a good review of this casino i can only imagine it is someone working for them trying to boost their status.

I deposited a small amount of money on two separate occasions at Casino Titan with the purpose of getting a feel for the site. The casino’s software ran well on my end and it offered the usual variety of slot games found on most RGT-powered sites (I am a slots-only player).

However, I have to say that slot play during both of my visits was the absolute worst I have ever encountered on any online casino site, bar none. Wins – even small ones – were few and far between; bonus rounds, free spins, and other game play features were almost impossible to come by and, when finally triggered, payouts from them can only be described as paltry, at best; and, finally, live chat representatives were chiding and argumentative when informed of my disappointment with slot play on the site.

In fact, I have never experienced such poor interaction on any other online casino site as I did with the support staff at Casino Titan.

To be fair, the above observations are being made solely on the basis of two gambling sessions at the site. But, as everyone can attest to, sometimes that initial impression one has of a casino site is so strong that you know there is no doubt that it is right on. I’m here to tell you that my first impression of Casino Titan is that it is an online casino site that you would be better off staying far, far away from.Save your hard-earned money and spend it somewhere else – where you might even have a chance of winning an honest dollar or two once in a very great while.

Casino Titan is an RTG software casino. I installed this casino last year sometime and have been playing and depositing on a regular basis. Although I have not won anything yet, the big yet! They also do offer tournaments! My absolute favourite, they also offer FREE tournaments.

That means no BUY-In on a regular daily/weekly basis. The free tournaments slot game that is hosted is mostly GoldBeard. Those of you who are familiar with RTG know that Goldbeard is one slot game many featured on a list of many.

From what I have read via the internet RTG gives their casino operators freedom to set parameters on the payout percentage of each of their slot games. This I feel I can believe with some of the RTG casinos. One day, you happy and getting paid in a certain Slot games- the next day it won’t even give you a free spin.

Either way, Casino Titan is worth a try if you like RTG software. I haven’t had any problems with them to date.

They offer most of all of the Real Series Slots. Which include games like It’s a Mystery, Naughty and Nice, Enchanted Garden, Texan Tycoon and the list goes on and on. Read all the comments about casino Titan and then turn and run. They DO NOT pay out anything you win regardless of amount. They show to have five stars which is about six to many. I can only speak for US players but DO NOT PLAY AT CASINO TITAN.S CAM CASINO. Will take your money fast .

So, its time to write about bad casino that you should not choose any way. I take no deposit bonus from them, and start playing, i choose T-REX.

No deposit bonus was 50$ so i start spinning with 1$ per spin, and when my balance was 35$ i hit free spins, and there dinosaurs says hiho to me and i am left this slot with 350$. That's sound good, ok, and i switch to ocean dream. Gogo, and i increase my balance till 500$ in about hour of playing. Way to go say i myself, and goes to alladin wishes. I play there about few hours and when finish wager i had 300$. Yeah, i know that no deposit max. cashout, but anyway i was happy that i won some money from nothing.

So, i go to live chat, to ask how to collect my money. And, babaaam, they told that player from Belarus can't cashout on their casino. Lol, wtf? Why you allow me to register, take bonus, and then told me that i am not allowed to cashout? Pfff, thats 1000000% rogue practice. I am also sure, even if i was from eligible country, they anyway don't cashout to me.

Their means of contacts is terrible - no phone number available, email takes over one week to reply, and the worst thing of all is they use a lot of excuses to prevent your money to withdraw--- they say you didn't meet their requirements of playing "those" games in order to qualify for withdraw.......

They forfeit your money when you try to withdraw. Even I made deposit using credit card (real money) and get some bonus, but when I try to withdraw after playing several hundreds and thousands dollars, they just say the above.... Bad!!! All players are losers!!!
