Just discovered Big5 Casino as part of the Condor group. Only played in b-Bets from their brands in the past. A few years back there were a few casinos who offered their new members a no deposit bonus of €5 or equivalent with decent wagering requirements, their websites did not look very appealing at first and they did some upgrade later on but still it was barely noticable. Big5casino is actually operated by the same company as the casinos I mentioned above and it is very noticable by looking at their website. Apparently they decided not to spend too much money on their appearance. To me appearance is very important, the first impression is the best impression and you can call me shallow but I think many players agree with me because that's the nature of human, there are some exceptions I am sure of that.
This casino surprisingly has the lastest games in their games library which I think very awesome, they recently added the latest games from NetEnt, iSoftBet, Microgaming and Quickspin. Big5casino is also MGA certified which means that they are legit, MGA license is more trusted than curaçao licenses so playing here is safe as far as I know.
I signed up at this casino because a friend of mine referred it to me, he has played at this casino about a few months now and made a few withdrawals, so I tried it and made my first small deposit and claimed the welcome offer. After about 40 minutes playing on various slots I end up with zero balance, I guess I was not as lucky as my friend and I put this casino to the side without planning to give it another chance.
Big5casino is a decent casino, they have plenty of great games and they always update their games library frequently, they also have promotion calendar just like Trada casino, live chat is mostly avaliable but their response time could a bit faster thou and of course it is always better than contact via email.
Bad luck was not the only reason why I did not give this casino another try, the other reason was the withdrawal limit, I think a maximum of €5000 per month is too low and €1000 per week is even less. High rollers could have some withdrawal issues with this casino and I do not recommend them to play here but low rollers will have a good time playing here if they are willing to wait a few days for their withdrawals reach their wallet.

The live chat, what is only available 12-24h told me to wait another 48 hours for proving documents, if anything is missing, again 48 hours...I did not get my money yet....providers like play n go would be nice to have.
