Hello,

Again I need to complain about Big5casino.

My 1000€ withdrawal has been pending now for over a week and I dont know again why.

My account has been verified and everything is all right but my winnings are still status open.

Customer service just keeps saying to me ” Positive news is coming blah blah, we say hurry up to our relevant team blah blah” but nothing happens..

So please AskGamblers can you help me to get my winnings??

Hi all

The payment has now released from casino site but i need to wait 1-2 days. Lets not close this yet because at the same time they have closed my casino account due to i have one of them sister casinos closed? So lets wait the money first and lets see.

Hi all,

Yes bad news, i still havent received my winnings. They said the winnings has been paid 26th of august but i dont have my winnings on my bank.

So please @big5casino stop messing around and pay my winnings for real asap.

I havent still received my winnings.. i also have now sended my bank statement for the casino because they said they have paid them. Also i asked from my bank that are there upcoming payments coming and they answer no.. so why you are lieng @big5casino? This is getting so stupid i have wait over almost month for my money….

For your information the case still goes on because @big5casino still hasnt pay me my winnings.

They longer this on purpose and i dont really know why.. i have send my bank statement and all but still nothing. This is bad..

Yes, this complain is still open due to casino still havent paid my winnings
They have now checked my bank statement for 5 days but no results

Seems they keep lieing because they wont even answer here in month.
