There is just something really wrong with the withdrawal time frames. They say the money is processed immediately after the pending period, but I don't believe that is true, because this is the only casino I play where after processing the money still takes I don't know how long, and then they tell us it depends on the bank. Well my bank always processes things immediately.
I hate to say it, but it almost feels like they are doing it on purpose.

b-Bets has a very nice theme and solid layout. The Sportsbook looks great, good enough odds and the casino is great as well. Games are from the best providers, I can see they added more lately. Graphics are good too. I can't imagine why the casino is so underrated because I didn't have problems.

I still dont get the money, they sad they are investigated. And still dont get a mail or anything about it.
The second withdraw I make should be on my bankaccount as well.

I have pay out 3 times my winnings and 2 times it took so long to get my winnings. First of all the pending time of 48 hours is never realistic there. 2 times it was after 96 hours and the last time after 1 full week! Just the pending.

The first time that I pay out there my money came 2 weeks later! After 5 business days I contact them and they made an 'investigation' what took more than 1 week to send me and email with the message: the money bounced back from the back so we will send you the money again. And than I had to wait again 5 business days. It took totally 4 weeks to receive my money.

The second time the pending took also 96 hours and it came on the 7th business day. So I had to wait almost 2 weeks on it totally.

And now? I have still an pay out I am waiting for. I am waiting now exactly 18 days for my money since I did the pay out. And I had to receive my money at latest last Friday. Since that moment they have again an investigation running to locate my money. 6 days laters now from that moment. Still no answer, still no update, still no money. Tomorrow it's officialy 3 weeks!

It's insane that a online gambling website have a 3/3 100% score with late pay outs. And the live support? They can't do a thing. Everytime the same answers and it's never possible to contact somebody of the 'financial department'. They send you away with the same story every day. So you are always running after your money! It's a real shame.

This casino is the worst I have ever played in. You have to wait officially 5 days for your money, but they stall it up to 3 or 4 weeks until you get it. If you ask why, they just give excuses and stall as long as it can get, completely annoying and unprofessional.

On top of this, they charge 10% transaction fee - which is really just crazy. I have never experienced anything that bad.

I have made only two withdrawals and both occasions I have had the same problem, they stall and stall the payment. I would not recommend this betting site. It's not worth using their free bets as they require you to turn the money over 8 times before you can withdrawal it. Furthermore, when using their SportsBook they insist you bet on outcomes with odds of least 1.8; you cannot multi to reach this figure either, the odds are simply stacked too heavily in their favour. The site itself is clunky & the support staff whilst friendly are not helpful. I was forced to wait almost a month for my winnings, which is simply not good enough. Overall, this is the worst gambling site I have ever used.
