How This List Is Maintained

This list isn't static. We systematically evaluate Certified Casinos at least every nine months,  routinely auditing withdrawal performance, complaint resolution efficiency and ongoing compliance to ensure our rigorous standards are maintained.

If a casino falls short, we give it up to 30 days to fix the issue before its Certificate of Trust is suspended and it’s removed from this list. Any change in status is also reflected on that casino’s individual AskGamblers review page.

In other words, the badge has to be earned and kept.

What It Means If a Casino Isn't Certified

Not seeing the Certificate of Trust on a casino doesn’t automatically mean the casino is unsafe or untrustworthy.

While receiving the Certificate of Trust is a major milestone for certified casinos,  displaying the badge on their site remains entirely optional.  Therefore, the absence of a badge is not necessarily a red flag.

There are several practical reasons why a casino might not be certified: it may not have met every specific standard yet, it may not have been listed on AskGamblers for the required six months, it might still be awaiting assessment, or it simply chose not to display the badge.
