LevelUp Casino - They allowed me to play and refused refund
I am submitting this complaint against LevelUp Casino due to misleading information provided by their live chat support, which directly resulted in a financial loss of 1,000 EUR.

Before continuing to play, I contacted LevelUp Casino’s live chat support to explicitly ask whether I had any second or duplicate account registered in their system.

The support agent clearly confirmed in writing that no additional account existed and that I could play without any issues. I have provided screenshots of this conversation as evidence.

Based on this explicit confirmation, I continued playing in good faith. Following this confirmation, I incurred losses totaling 1,000 EUR.

Only after these losses, I contacted support again to ask about the status of my verification, as I intended to continue playing. At that point, no warning was given that my account was at risk or under investigation for multi-accounting.

Shortly afterward, my account was blocked and I was accused of multi-accounting. The casino now claims that their system later detected linked accounts based on IP address, device data, or other technical indicators.

This situation is unfair and contradictory. If a violation truly existed, it should have been identified before I was explicitly informed that no second account existed and that I could continue playing.

Allowing me to play after providing this confirmation and only taking action after losses occurred places the responsibility with the casino, not the player.

LevelUp Casino refuses to refund my losses and relies solely on general Terms and Conditions, while ignoring the written confirmation provided by their own support team, which I relied upon when deciding to play.

I have submitted screenshots of the live chat conversation proving that I was told no duplicate account existed and that playing was permitted.

I therefore request a refund of 1,000 EUR, representing the losses incurred after the casino explicitly confirmed that no second account existed, or a fair resolution acknowledging the casino’s responsibility for providing misleading information.

Level up is a great game to play, it offers a lot of bonuses and monthly bonuses, then game bonuses, I like it in that sense. It offers a weekly cash back when you deposit over 150 a week.

When I signed up, everything was fine, but then it asked for more information that I had already sent in to them. You have to wager your deposit amount regardless of a bonus or not, but my most recent issue is I withdraw through e-transfer, supposed to be only 3 hours, I gets an email stating 3-5 days, then I sent them messages they said up to 7 business days, its been after 7 business days and still no money, asking me for my bank statements after making me wait this long. Then you run into the issue of your name needing to be imprinted on your bank card, which a lot aren't, and your card number doesn't show on your statement. Had withdrawal issues a few times now for no reason now. Don't fall for the referral bonus either, I had 3 different people sign up, follow the steps, and never did get the referral.

Fast withdrawal for Fiat currency I guess

Don't have anything positive to say other than that, I guess I could say I like the colors on the website and thats pretty much it.

After a good win on a Pragmatic play slots, the next day suddently all pragmatic play slots would not load at all I found that very weird.

I just feels like they completely shutted off RTP on my account after that win, ended up losing 3k straight without anything in returns felt like it went straight to them

The support chat is not helping at all with the pragmatic play issues, telling me that it could be because of Region, i am in Quebec where on any casino i played at pragmatic were always loading/working perfectly fine.

Canadian customers and especially Bank of Montreal customers beware as they will not accept Documents relating to Mastercard debit deposits. Bank of Montreal statements and online service are not configured properly for Verification of payments. LevelUp financial department refused to verify my account even though I uploaded bank statements, screenshots of bank transactions, and proof of Mastercard issued to me. They said not good enough. They said that my Mastercard debit card # has to be visible along name address etc. This is not an option with my bank statement or online bank site. The card # is not shown on the site which is similar for all the millions of BMO customers. My account was unverifiable so I lost $2800 and closed my account. I consider their behavior fraudulent. If you run into any problems you will not get your money. Please beware of this company's strict verification policies that they will not compromise.

Been with level up casino for 3+ years. The more I progress through the vip levels the worse it's become. I've been now deemed a bonus hunter and have had all bonuses removed. I've also gotten 2000CP points to get to next level and got rewarded $2.50. Yet each CP earned only goes to my level Metre not to retain my vip status. So far I have enjoyed the experience of looking around at all the games they have to offer and I definitely enjoyed seeing new games I haven't seen before the website was very easy-to-use as well as it had good graphics. There are many different withdrawal and depositing methods for currency which I appreciate because not all crypto companies have a luxury or many currencies.
