When I signed up, everything was fine, but then it asked for more information that I had already sent in to them. You have to wager your deposit amount regardless of a bonus or not, but my most recent issue is I withdraw through e-transfer, supposed to be only 3 hours, I gets an email stating 3-5 days, then I sent them messages they said up to 7 business days, its been after 7 business days and still no money, asking me for my bank statements after making me wait this long. Then you run into the issue of your name needing to be imprinted on your bank card, which a lot aren't, and your card number doesn't show on your statement. Canadian customers and especially Bank of Montreal customers beware as they will not accept Documents relating to Mastercard debit deposits. Bank of Montreal statements and online service are not configured properly for Verification of payments. LevelUp financial department refused to verify my account even though I uploaded bank statements, screenshots of bank transactions, and proof of Mastercard issued to me. They said not good enough. They said that my Mastercard debit card # has to be visible along name address etc. This is not an option with my bank statement or online bank site. The card # is not shown on the site which is similar for all the millions of BMO customers. My account was unverifiable so I lost $2800 and closed my account. I consider their behavior fraudulent. If you run into any problems you will not get your money. Please beware of this company's strict verification policies that they will not compromise.
