I have extensive history with this casino. Ive been an VIP for the majority of that. After 3 years with this platform, I will no longer play here. I’m leaving because the have seemed to lost any integrity that is needed to operate a casino that players can trust.
Let’s start off by saying I played on this platform for three years. I’ve been a gold level VIP for much of my time here. Recently, I started experiencing errors every three or four game grounds, which would reset every game. This would ensure that basically you never win they couldn’t explain to me why it was happening and nor did they want to refund my deposits from this time period when this was happening, it was $400 that I was asking for I’ve deposited over $100,000 in this casino and last year alone. I just don’t trust them anymore. It’s sad cause this is my home quite some time, but I can’t play at a casino that I can’t trust it just doesn’t work for me. Second thing is is that my VIP birthday bonus was less this year than it was the previous year despite my deposits probably being $30,000 more. This year. That makes zero sense to me and it shows a sign of maybe that they’re having some sort of financial difficulties or something. Bonuses have been less….hardly ever win. I haven’t won nothing here in months now. Don’t be fooled. It’ll start out good here, but it’ll go downhill. The company that can’t reimburse their players $400 (when there games malfunction) when they have deposited 250,000 in three years is not where I want to be.

This casino is not safe, and what is more, they do not take responsibility for the safety of your funds.
I had 2850EUR in my account, which suddenly went missing. When contacting the casino, they indicated that my account was hacked, and that somebody else used all my funds playing in the casino.
I asked them to take responsibility for the breach of their system, but they refused, and put the responsibility on me. I have not shared my passwords with anyone, and also have 2 step verification wherever possible.
I have also asked the casino for a log of the activity on the account, but the casino has refused to provide this. Thus, there is no way for me to investigate this further.
The simple and decent thing to do would be for the casino to return my funds, investigate the data breach, and make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
In sum, I would think twice before depositing funds to this casino. With too low security and no willingness to look into the case and take responsibility, your funds might be at risk.
