I'm writing about a nearly one year old problem.

In March 2018, I deposited 200 € at Crown Europe casino website and won 5.7K €. After asking the withdrawal and sending the ID, bill etc, for the verification process as usual, I had to send one more document by regular mail (paper letter) to Bulgaria, certified by a notary.

I waited for weeks to get answer but nothing happened. Meantime I sent e-mails to the Crown Europe customer service, I asked if the letter had arrived. After 1.5 months I went to the post office where it turned out that the casino didn't take the letter it was rejected!

Then I turned again to the Customer Service and sent the proof (letter tracking paper) about that the casino rejected my letter.

Next, they asked all of my documents again and they let me know that everything is all right. The casino asked a phone verification. They did not receive my calls and did not call me back ever.

From November 2018 the Crown Europe casino website was no longer working. It was written in the reply for my email that they had a software problem.

From 2019, there is no communication and no website.
They cheated, stole my money. I want to get my money back. Please help me..

Crown Europe Casino is powered by Playtech software. Anytime I see their name it always sounds so royal and elegant to me. It’s been a two months since I joined this casino. I made two min,deposits so far and didn’t managed to win and eventually cash-out. I found their welcome bonus offer really good. It’s a big, big disappointment so far. I had question for their tech.support and I received answer after four hours. I was really upset. I can’t tell wether its regular practice to make player wait that long or not, but this could be done within minutes via Live Support.

They should invest more in their crown  Make it truly royal. I had fun playing here and they seems like trustworthy casino. So far I have really good impression about Crown Europe. Download worked great, support made a very professional impression, the bonus I took had really good terms, I just had no luck with it. Game selection was very wide and I will definitely deposit there again.

Well get this I went to cash out and they took my 200 bonus back then sent me a email saying thank you for your withdrawal etc. Two days later got another email saying I had to wager another $ 3800.67 more to be able to withdrawal so anyways I wagered another 45.00.00 and now they say there going to send me my $ 100 dollars back to me. Tom the manager told me more less my money is for amusement fun only. I been playing on line casinos for 15 years now and this is the first time this has happened so please don't waste your money on this Crown Europe casino, they are black listed in Canada, it's a scam if anyone else out there and they have done this to you please leave a message. Crown Europe Casino is run by Playtech software and this casino is a sister casino with City Club. I joined this casino when and invitation came to my email with a 400% match bonus offer from the casino. This bonus was identical to the one which I already used in City Club Casino. The terms for this bonus were really ridiculous. First of all the bonus wasn’t cashable. I was already used to that because most of the Playtech casinos I played in had only non cashable bonuses in their offer. But the worst thing here was that the max cashout for this bonus was only 10 x bonus. That would be fine if this was a no deposit bonus and not a bonus where you needed to deposit money in order to receive it. Still the wager requirements were an acceptable 20 x bonus + deposit. Okaaay. I have already reviewed City Club and City Tower, now it's Crown Europe's turn. Two things attracted me to this casino - firstly, their 200% first deposit bonus and secondly, their reasonable 20 times wagering requirements. Not the lowest and not the highest, but definitely better than the usual 25 times of others. Since there was no-deposit bonus on offer, their 200% deposit bonus became the main attraction point for me to sign up. Having done all the downloading, installation and registration bit, I logged in, entered the lobby and went straight to the games section, the slots section to be precise. Crown Europe are one in the same group as with City Club and City Tower. I have noticed two things about these groups. One is all 3 casinos are under the letter C and two, 2 of the casinos are using "city" as part of their casino name. This is not exactly relevant to my experience so I will write on that right away. Crown Europe has held normal wagering requirements for the welcome bonuses. I actually liked the 200% welcome offer because it contained just 20 times my deposit and bonus. When I got into the lobby there wasn't any music to get me into the gambling spirit, just dead silence hit the lobby unlike casino music on Eurogrand. Now that was something! Some players would appreciate that just like an elevator needs to be given music to elevate the silent mood while they waited for a floor.

Crown Europe is another addition to the Playtech software! It has a simple yet elegant appeal to target new players who want to take advantage of their 3 step deposit bonuses. They are in order 200% match bonus up to $400 on first deposit, 150% match bonus up to $600 on second deposit and finally 250% match up to $1000! In my opinion I would want to know why Crown Europe would put 150% match bonus in the middle of 200% first deposit and 250%?
