Crown Europe Casino declined my winnig

On the 6th of dec. 2011 i won $600,00 at CROWN EUOPE CASINO..I recieved 2 times an email from theme with congrats. and i have to wait for 4-6 days to send my $600,00 wth M.B.buth after 6 days i got an email with the shocking news that my winning is declined!!!

I was so angry because the reasons they giving me is based on lays!!! They say that i dont get the $600,00 because i won $300,00 in November 2011!!! I never ever won at Crown Casino before!!!!! Also they tolt me that i played onscratch games and that's not allowed!! Thats also a lame exceus, because i wonn the most at slot games!!!

I still don't have my $600,00 buth i dont wanne give up!!!! So i wright emails to organisation like casino deal and GPWA and i hope that they cane help me with this big issue with Crown Europe! Is there somebody who can help me?

Is there also somebody who has the same problem with Crown Europe?

Hi All,

This player has been sent the terms and conditions from day one. The only problem is that she fails to understand them or accept them.

If you take a bonus in online casinos they come along with T&C's. The player has been spoken to on the phone and on the chat and through mails several times and has been given amazing service. The player above forgot to mention that is was her responsibility to read the terms of the bonus she accepted. By failing to do so we ended up here.

I am sorry for the inconvenience but the decision stands

crown europe casino plays unfair games with people who has won money at there casino site!!!

they still refushed to cash out my winning of $600,00, because (according to crown) i playd on sctrach games,buth i didnt won the money with scratch games!!! i won the $600,00 with slots games! i ask theme many times to send me the rules of there t&c where i can read that"s > not allowed to play on scratch games and whene you do, you dont get your winng!­!!<­ ­ ­still after 8 days i didnt recieved te rules!! why didnt crown put the amount of $600,00 back on my balance???? the only thing they do is that they put my deposit of $25,00 back on my balanc­e!!­ ­yes­,be­cause that is cheaper thene cash out my $600,00!!! and thats unfair!!!! whats the matter with all that casino's who ript off people whene they have won!!! so i wanne ask people who has the same problem with crown europe casino,(ore other casino's) to responce on this notis and tell your story!!! on this site AskGamblers.com

I am sorry but does it sound realistic that someone would say seen you won before in our casino you cant win again?

I truly belive there was a communication or langauge barrier here.

The reason you didnt get paid is cause you didnt comply with the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are sent to you along with every bonus received. You received it in the mail you registered with us on the 2011-12-05 at13:05:06 casino time. if you would like it sent to you again please log on to chat and speak to us as we have tried to reach you twice today by phone and you are not answering

Crown Europe Casino took my £1250 winnings and wont pay me.
After visiting the casino dozens of times I eventually win. I deposited twenty pounds into my account and was shocked to see i had twenty five pounds in my account as i expected it to be forty as the casino sent me email saying 100% deposit bonus only for today. So after i deposited 20 chat box appears and live chat girls asks if everything ok. I told her i expected a 100% deposit bonus. She checked and told me there was a five pound slots only bonus in my account and she would remove that bonus and give me my 100%. She did this. After playing for days and days and meeting all the wagering requirements I went to cash out. I asked live support if i had played through the playthrough barrier. Yes was the reply, and I could now withdraw. I promptly withdrew my £1250 and waited for casino to send to my bank. On the day the funds should have went into my account I received a call from MICHAEL ANDREWS at Crown Europe. He told me becuase I played a slots only bonus (£5) on board game Keno and not slots that all my winnings were being withdrawn! I dint even receive the £5 slots bonus. It was withdrawn before i played a penny! They wont listen to me or reply my emails. The telephone number on their website does not exist! £1250 is a lot of money to me. I had made plans with the grand children. This is unacceptable what they are doing! Please help me. Dont let Crown Europe do this to me. They are wrong. They made the mistakes not me. And even though i did use their five pound, ( i did not though) they are taking twelve hundred and fifty pounds from me for a five pound bonus!!!!!!! No. It's just wrong. Please help

I started playing on Crown Europe where they automatically add bonus's to any deposit I made, unless you read the fine print you need to e-mail them that you dont want to play with their bonus's, and wait for a return e-mail from them confirming before you start playing and if you dont and you happen to win on any table game your winnings are entirely voided. How can that be fair for a start?

But it gets worse. After over 25 deposits on my side and nearly a month of gaming they dont say a word of course because they are just taking your money and you have no chance of winning.

As per the e-mail below i had clearly ponited out to them that I was playing black jack and the game stopped, they then responded as below to the e-mail. A day or two later they phone me and tell me that they have given me a R 2000.00 bonus. This is now against their own regulation. It is surely their responsiblilty and only fair at this point to say Warren you have no chance of wiinnng and any bonus's granted are not allowed on any table games.

I eventually got hold of Julius C Luther who I had a telephonic converstaion with and respded as below:

If I had notice that you asked about ability to play non allowed games with the bonus to one of our support team members. That matter would have been dealt with extremely fast and you would have been reimbursed. Unfortunately I did not see any question or query regarding the bonus.

After pointing out to him the e-mail stating that I was playing blackjack and been given a bonus, he said he would go listen to the voice logging, and if the staff member had given me the bonus knowing it was on blackjack it would change everything.

This was two days ago and now he neither takes my calls or responds to my e-mails and they have frozen my account.

Very upset that this has happened.

Crown Europe is a casino that doesn't pay out the winning

I started playing at this casino on January, 23rd. I deposited 50€ and recieved a 100€ automatic bonus. I registered only to play a few rounds of roulette, which went fine. I earned 100€ soon and wanted to withdraw the money I've won (which was not the bonus I had, but only the 100€ I've won!). The withdrawal was declined, because I didn't wager enough, the bonus was taken away from me becase I tried to do that, I was left with the money I deposited+won by that time. To be honest, I wasn't aware of this wager mechanics (20x deposit+bonus), I had to wager 3000€. And I did this in the next two day, I've earned 400€ meanwhile, I want up and back down to under 100€ a couple of times, but in the end, it turned out well, at least I thought so.

I sent a withdrawal request again a few days ago, after talking to the support team over the internet, and a guy named Morgan said I can withdraw the cash now. Today I recieved a call, that I will not get my money, becase I've won it over a game, that is not allowed to play with bonuses. The bonus was taken away from me soon after I've started the game and tried to withdraw the first time - I made practically all my money on my deposit only, never using or even wanting the bonus.

I am not sure this casino is paying out the winnings at all, I kindly suggest to everyone not to play at this casino (I think the support team here is the same as at Noble Casino, maybe some other as well, so I guess don't play there either).
