Not paying my winnings

I started playing on Crown Europe where they automatically add bonus's to any deposit I made, unless you read the fine print you need to e-mail them that you dont want to play with their bonus's, and wait for a return e-mail from them confirming before you start playing and if you dont and you happen to win on any table game your winnings are entirely voided. How can that be fair for a start?

But it gets worse. After over 25 deposits on my side and nearly a month of gaming they dont say a word of course because they are just taking your money and you have no chance of winning.

As per the e-mail below i had clearly ponited out to them that I was playing black jack and the game stopped, they then responded as below to the e-mail. A day or two later they phone me and tell me that they have given me a R 2000.00 bonus. This is now against their own regulation. It is surely their responsiblilty and only fair at this point to say Warren you have no chance of wiinnng and any bonus's granted are not allowed on any table games.

I eventually got hold of Julius C Luther who I had a telephonic converstaion with and respded as below:

If I had notice that you asked about ability to play non allowed games with the bonus to one of our support team members. That matter would have been dealt with extremely fast and you would have been reimbursed. Unfortunately I did not see any question or query regarding the bonus.

After pointing out to him the e-mail stating that I was playing blackjack and been given a bonus, he said he would go listen to the voice logging, and if the staff member had given me the bonus knowing it was on blackjack it would change everything.

This was two days ago and now he neither takes my calls or responds to my e-mails and they have frozen my account.

I put in a withdrawel to have my money put back onto the same card i used to transfer money. After a couple of days i was asked to provide a bill as proof of adress scan my driving liceance and my credit card to prove identity. 3 times i have done this and everytime i get a email finally to confirm it is being processed and all info was received then a week later i get an email to say they did not receive documents so have cancelled my payment. They are clearly trying to avoid paing me my money back. When i reply to say i did they do not get back to me.

I recently won some money at Crown Europe Casino and first withdraw an amount of R3500 then I played and won some more money I finally withdrew R20000 and that totalled to an amount of R23500. I contacted the casino live help a couple of times about when I will receive my winnings and was told that it takes 4 to 6 day's then I got told that they are going to pay the full amount on or before the 10th of August I requested a mail stating that and they said they will send it once they have conformation from their finance department. Today the 7th of August a person by the name of Michael phoned me and said that according to their terms and conditions they only going to pay me R4000 and that this had to do with the amounts that I deposited. I played a lot of other online casino's and this the first time this happened to me. What can I do about this.

Hi i was playing penguin vacation on the 30/07/2013 and i got a $50 pay i went and gambled it i hit red and got it for $100 then hit blackened got it for $200 and then i didn't press no more colours but the gamble screen vanished and it went back to the penguin vacation game and i did not receive my $200 winnings i had around $9000 in my account all up then i rang the support boss name Seth and they checked it but they told me on here end it was gambled more like black to $400 and then black again and then it was lost but i swear to god i never even hit it again nor did i even see $400 on the screen it just vanished after $200 on my screen and i can sick by that 100% so they told me there is nothing they can do to return my winnings of $200 which i feel total ripped off and robbed as a player of play tech for 2 years now and losing close to $200000 in total i feel shocked to be robbed of $200 winnings its not fair at all please fix this problem for me cause i am very upset by crown Europe casino actions to help me

I won $6,000 AUD and withdrew my winnings on the 2012-09-16 03:45:16 but still its the 24/09/2012 and my winnings are not yet paid to me.

First I had major difficulty in actually getting the documents submitted and 4-5 days went by before they even agreed to accept all my documents even though I had received a company e-mail from the casino stating these are the documents you need and I submitted all of them yet they kept stalling out time.

This casino is now refusing to answer my e-mails, and now even not picking up my phone calls. I have been told that because the casino is waiting on money from Citadel Internet Banking for a deposit I had made (even though the money has come out of my bank account, and I received the money into my casino account) because Crown Europe has not received the funds from Citadel WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME, my request to withdraw my $6,000 AUD cannot proceed until Citadel gives Crown Europe the money.

This has nothing to do with me and I can't believe that I am being totally ignored and not given a reason as to why I am being punished and my fair win is being delayed indefinitely

People beware of this casino..

I started playing at this casino on January, 23rd. I deposited 50€ and recieved a 100€ automatic bonus. I registered only to play a few rounds of roulette, which went fine. I earned 100€ soon and wanted to withdraw the money I've won (which was not the bonus I had, but only the 100€ I've won!). The withdrawal was declined, because I didn't wager enough, the bonus was taken away from me becase I tried to do that, I was left with the money I deposited+won by that time. To be honest, I wasn't aware of this wager mechanics (20x deposit+bonus), I had to wager 3000€. And I did this in the next two day, I've earned 400€ meanwhile, I want up and back down to under 100€ a couple of times, but in the end, it turned out well, at least I thought so.

I sent a withdrawal request again a few days ago, after talking to the support team over the internet, and a guy named Morgan said I can withdraw the cash now. Today I recieved a call, that I will not get my money, becase I've won it over a game, that is not allowed to play with bonuses. The bonus was taken away from me soon after I've started the game and tried to withdraw the first time - I made practically all my money on my deposit only, never using or even wanting the bonus.

I am not sure this casino is paying out the winnings at all, I kindly suggest to everyone not to play at this casino (I think the support team here is the same as at Noble Casino, maybe some other as well, so I guess don't play there either).

On the 6th of dec. 2011 i won $600,00 at CROWN EUOPE CASINO..I recieved 2 times an email from theme with congrats. and i have to wait for 4-6 days to send my $600,00 wth M.B.buth after 6 days i got an email with the shocking news that my winning is declined!!!

I was so angry because the reasons they giving me is based on lays!!! They say that i dont get the $600,00 because i won $300,00 in November 2011!!! I never ever won at Crown Casino before!!!!!
