Waiting my payments for months

BigBang Casino doesn't pay out anything to me since December 15 - 2018

They owe me 3 different payments. 1 of 200 Euro, then I got more luck and won another Euro 60 and then I played one more time and I won Euro 50. They owe me a total of Euro 310.00. They were very helpful by email, telling me the amount was deposited on a wrong bank account blablablabla and that I will receive it soon.

Nothing . They don't answer anymore so I stopped writing...

I don't know what happened to this Casino. I always liked it as it had Dutch customer service. I am very dissapointed

€500 withdraw, no email contact, no call back, no response

I did a withdraw of € 500 last monday . After that i directly sended al my documents. They didnt asked for it but i knew that they need to verificate everything. So thats positive i think. After that i got no respojse . Yesterday i asked by mail if they recieve my emails but no respons again. Today i emaild again and still the same. I tried the callback option but thats exactly the same. No response. Its not in my spam box. In the past i had a problem with 1 of the slots and i got a response within 5 hours. Is it because of paying money ?

Deposit not credited, my e-mails ignored

I unfortunately created my account on 02-07-2019 at this casino and made my first deposit of 100 euro using Neteller. After i made my first deposit i waited about 1 hour but my deposit was not credited to my balance. I wrote them an email describing the issue but they didn't answer.... Finnaly they respoded last week after i previously submitted a complaint at askgamblers that was rejected beacause i have not supported with the relevant evidence to prove the uprightness of my statement .They said that they missed my previous emails and that they dont see any deposit from my side. Today im submiting again a complaint with screenshots of my deposit and e-mails between me and casino support. My only demand is to have my account closed and my deposit returned to my Neteller account.

Unfairly trying to confiscate legitimate winnings!

I have deposited €100 and then I couldn't play the game I wanted so I emailed the casino and asked them to refund the deposit. I haven't heard back from them so I decided to play a different game. I won over €25000 and then got logged out and couldn't log back in. I checked my email and there was a response to say that they will refund my deposit. I responded 2 minutes after their email to say that I don't want them to close my account and not to refund the money as I have already played and their T&C clearly state that once a stake is placed it cannot be cancelled. They have refused to pay my winnings and I have received some horrible emails from them - please see the attachment. I asked for the refund before playing, but since I have decided to play, and they accepted my bets, they have a legal obligation to pay my winnings which were made with the money I deposited. I requested a withdrawal of €2500 as this is the maximum allowed per day and received an email to say I will be paid the winnings. And then after that they locked my account!

No support, no withdrawals, no communication

Hi, i deposited on bigbang casino and sent them an email asking for the first deposit bonus, but i never recieved an answer, even after several attempts(!). So i decided to just go ahead and play without bonus, which i did and won around 600 euros. So now i been trying to withdraw since months but bigbang hasnt answered a single email till this day. Askgamblers can you please help me to get in touch with bigbang casino, since this seems to be the only way, its a disgrace really.

No Money, No Contact, No Support

I sent various different emails and tried to cash out my winnings. No Live Chat available, even if it says so. The call back option did not work either and I have not received a single reply to any of my emails! Furthermore - the bonus money was rolled over but I could not withdraw it. The total amount I should receive is €1388

A nice selection of slots and a fast and friendly support.

If you only mobile or tablet you can play your excites not paid, this is only possible via PC.

We have added payout options to the mobile portal.

Large selection of Microgaming slots.

The welcome bonus is not instant! I decided to play here to receive the welcome bonus of 100%. The wagering requirement is 52x, which is quite high but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.

made a first deposit and sure enough, I saw the bonus credited in my account. I played a little, no luck and lost my whole deposit. I wanted to continue playing using the bonus money, but I couldn't. I just couldn't place any bets using the bonus. At first I thought it was some sort of technical glitch so I contacted customer support. Got a response the next day saying that the bonus money was 'locked' and I had to bet 52 times the amount of my first deposit in order to 'free'the bonus money. Then I dug into the terms & conditions, yes I know I should have read them first.

Anyway, the T&C confirmed that the bonus is not instant. So this welcome bonus ends up not being a true bonus at all. More like a delayed loss compensation scheme. I have played at other casinos online but never have I encountered such a system. What's the point of receiving a bonus when you can't use it to play? Don't make the same mistake I did.

Better take your money elsewhere.

Dear Juwarg, we always advice our players to take a look at our bonus terms and conditions, before making use of any bonus we have. Terms can differ on the different bonuses we have for our players.

Good casino.
After much deliberation in having trouble withdrawing my funds on both my and BigBang Casino sides it has come to conclusion that the bank was to blame
Since then support from bigbang has been very good and we are currently in process of rectifying the issue

My comments in the past were unfounded as I didn't realise that the banks were to blame so BigBang Casino is even if it took a while still remain competent.

Nice games, good customer service. I had a problem getting the payouts at first, but the people at Bigbang helped me out.

I like to play Black Jack and they have quite a range of these games at hand. I am a huge fan off card games, i hope more will be there.

I would like to see some more card games like poker.

Every week as player I get free spins, I really like that :-). Also there payouts are very good, and always on time. What I like is that they ask you for credentials so nothing can go wrong.

They also have an excellent range of games to choose from. And there bonuses are alright too. I play a lot on the Playngo slots and was pleased to see they just added crazy cows a funny game to play.

I was pleasantly surprised by this casino. Not only did I get the 150% welcome bonus after signing up, I also was contacted on free spins promo's.

I like the games they have and understood there will be a lot new ones coming up soon. So I definitely will stay playing here.

I would like to see more table games.
