€500 withdraw, no email contact, no call back, no response


I did a withdraw of € 500 last monday . After that i directly sended al my documents. They didnt asked for it but i knew that they need to verificate everything. So thats positive i think. After that i got no respojse . Yesterday i asked by mail if they recieve my emails but no respons again. Today i emaild again and still the same. I tried the callback option but thats exactly the same. No response. Its not in my spam box. In the past i had a problem with 1 of the slots and i got a response within 5 hours. Is it because of paying money ?

There is still something strange. They say that all of my last emails did not recieve there inbox. The email i used was the one submitted on their own website. They asked me to send everything to suppor­t@b­igb­ang­cas­ino.com. So, i did . After that i got a response from the email submitted on their website. Its very strange....

Finally after 2 weeks i have contact with one of the customers at bigbangcasino. They asked me to send all of my documents again . They gonna check everything now and if its ok they will pay me the requested withdraw. So i have to wait

I still got no response , but the payment is now gone without any further information. I got a few screenshots of the withdraw , so i can prove it was ready for payout.
