Deposit not credited, my e-mails ignored
I unfortunately created my account on 02-07-2019 at this casino and made my first deposit of 100 euro using Neteller. After i made my first deposit i waited about 1 hour but my deposit was not credited to my balance. I wrote them an email describing the issue but they didn't answer.... Finnaly they respoded last week after i previously submitted a complaint at askgamblers that was rejected beacause i have not supported with the relevant evidence to prove the uprightness of my statement .They said that they missed my previous emails and that they dont see any deposit from my side. Today im submiting again a complaint with screenshots of my deposit and e-mails between me and casino support. My only demand is to have my account closed and my deposit returned to my Neteller account.
