7 Sultans Casino - Stalling verification for over 20 days!
2017-10-21 i registred an account on the casino 7sultans. i deposited some money, got my welcome bonus offer and started playing some immortal romance. Some spins later i got the wild desire feature. I have had this happen some times but never have it hit hard.. this time however the wildreels just kept coming and before i knew it the screen was almost covered, i had gotten 4 wildreels and i was in for a HUGE hit. that spin resulted in a win of about 8500 euros (my biggest win ever by far). immeditialy i started wagering the bonus and it was keeping steady at 8500 euros. then out of nowhere when i have 1000 euros left to wager i am for some reason no longer able to play any games on the site. i try logging out only to discover that im no longer able to log in (7sultans had banned my acoount without contacting me about it only 1-2 hours after winning this big win). i try and contact them and they says that the money are still left and that i just need to send in some verifikation documents. ofcourse i send these documents in as soon as possible and excpect to have my account unlocked as soon as possible. i have now sent in documents verious times and talked to their support and they still havnt confirmed my documents (its now 20 days since i won and on their site they state that verifikations of documents should take maximum 48 hours!!!). On top of all this one of their employee gave me an offer as i was chatting to them about this, the offer was to either complete the wagering when my acoount is unlocked (wich im starting to doubt will even happen at this point) and withdraw the money wich would mean the maximum loss i would have suffered is 1000 euros since thats the wagering amount still left, or i could choose to not have any wagering left but then only withdraw 4000 euros wich i think is totally ridiculous (they are basically trying to scam me off 3500 euros minimum). I also have pending withdrawls on Casinolavida and Platinumplay wich also have been stalled for 3 weeks..

7 Sultans Casino - Verification process brought to a standstill
I can't get an honest answer out of any of the support teams. Two weeks ago i tryes to withdraw my winnings. I was then asked to email documents so I can go through the verification process. I uploaded them to the site and also emailed them through. I got an email back saying they had recieved them and that it would take 24-48 hours (business hours) and I would be contacted. That was the last contact they made with me. Since then I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls the last one which lasted over an hour with a supervisor. I had followed up every bit of advice from each point of contact I had made with support teams. The only answer I was given was the security team had contacted my bank and was awaiting feedback. Prior to that phone call I had called the bank and asked them if they had been contacted. After some time they were certin they had not been contacted. The call with support had me so frustrated, not been able to speak to the security team, and the support team unable to give me any indication of where we were at with the process I've given it another week called today and still nothing. Mind you this issue with the bank is from over 50days ago over I transaction I queried and I want to be clear I did not dispute this transaction I queried it as It had been at least 3 days since I had last deposited while on my online banking I noticed there was outstanding authorisations which are tipically transactions in the last 24hour period. Having been no less then 48 hours I queried the bank about them. I must add that I had not recieved any receipts about these deposits via email from 7 sultans that week. The bit that I think has frustrated me is that 7sultans nor the bank not once contacted me in regurds to this matter that I'm aware of. Over the two weeks leading upto to this issue having deposited close to $2000 I had not an issue nor email. However upon the withdrawl of $3900 the varification process was brought to a standstill. The most frustrating part of this all is that no one has been able to give me a straight answer, knowing that the bank have not been contacted and support telling me they were awaiting confirmation from the bank. This is my best option to get the ball rolling. Haven't attached anything but can fwd emails if needed. (Please note any time periods I have mentioned are estimates and may contain minor descrepiences)

7 Sultans Casino - Serious verification issues and runaround
On the 27 Th of September I won 2500.00 and am trying to withdraw and having issues with my verification. I have submitted over 60 images and all i get is the run around that my pictures are blurry and not good enough . My eye site is bad and I can see them. I do not have a utility bill to send in my name. I have sent in my BC id card , my bank statement, an image of Taxes showing my address my bank card. Today I went to chat and was told my utility's bill was blurry , which is not possible because i didn't send one. Then I was told to submit my old bank card and pre paid credit cards I've used . I'm sure because they figured I couldn't supply these but I did so now I've sent in those. What can I do they don't want to pay me. I had submitted all this to them weeks ago in fact less then i Have now and it was all good enough for depositing but now its no good . There was no bonus to be played out it was all cash. I have deposited so much money in fortune sites and this is my first withdrawal attempt and this is ridiculous the time I've had to put in fighting this for 3 days today alone 6 hours. , I know now that no matter what I send will not be good enough can you please help me in the direction I go next. I have attempted to contact vip support and vip host and no reply. All my emails come back auto responses and images removed. I upload also and get told they didn't get them. I was playing since remember fortune lounge group. One time I was take a break for 6 months after that I send letters etc everything was approved. I was depositing withdraw np at all, two weeks ago someone decide locked my account????

I send already 3 letters and they still want some. Everytime on chat they state different thing to write. I feel like stupid write all the same all the time. None can tell you anything every one different person on chat talking different things

Seemed like an old school casino like crazyvegas
They have pretty solid bonuses for your first deposits

Installation of the client didn't work properly, chat didn't want to help out when I asked for it.
Deposited 3 times with a 100% bonus and received only 1 time free spins and barely any big wins: pay out rate of <30% which is quite sad for a triple deposit with bonus.
Live chat takes 5 minutes to answer for each question you ask them.
I asked for my account to be closed and they didn't want to close it because I didn't want to give my email more than once, after that they closed my chat. Really poor live chat.

One of the oldest casinos in my book...well, in everybody's book I guess. If a casino still exist after a decade, it can only mean that it's a good one. 7 sultans was and still a Microgaming only casino. They don't offer games from other providers and this affect their popularity. Sure, old members might still playing at this casino but I strongly believe that the new generation would never knew it's existence.

About more than a decade ago, in order to play you need to download their software, sign up during the installation and have to wait about 15 minutes in order for the software to complete the download all the games, depending on your internet connection, the faster the internet connection the sooner the games would be installed on your computer. 15 minutes seems a long time but if you look at the bright side, this only happens once because after that, the games are instantly avaliable. I must admit that I really wish that all online casino should have this feature.

To be honest, I haven't played at this casino for a long time because of the arrival of new online casinos. I recently visited their website and surprisingly it supported flash player games, I called it DTP ( direct to play ) but the downloadable software is still avaliable. It might come in handy when you're not home.

Did you know the existence of Click2Pay? Well, this was my favorite deposit methode for playing Microgaming games. I used this one plenty of times at 7 Sultans casino, deposits processed instantly but the money will be deducted the next day from your bank account. Documents requirements? That was not needed back then, only when they ask for them. I won about 4850$ when I first played. At the end of it all, I had deposited about 1350$. It was in pending for 2 days which is normal for most of the casinos. I was skeptical about them processing my withdrawal as I had played in Royal Vegas casino before (Which is affiliated to 7sultans) and also had cancelled my account there many months ago. But withdrawal went smooth and I received funds within 2 working days. No documents asked (May be they had my details from the affiliate casino).

I had set deposit limit sometime back which I cancelled later. Even after a month of sending emails and trying to contact them, they could not get it to work. I have tried everything to troubleshoot if it is from my end but it doesn't look like the problem is from my end. Also their customer service sucks. No point trying to have a chat - you will not get reply for 20 mins at least. Phone calls will be kept on hold at least for half n hour. They need to employ more people.

The true sign of a good casino is how they treat regular and known depositors when they win and want to withdraw. This one fails miserably on this account. Great site when you deposit and lose, they even appoint you a Valued Player Relationship contact. However the same contact goes dark and silent when one wins and wants to withdraw.

Withdrawals not actioned and are reversible from mid day Thursday to 04.00 hrs Monday.
Then another 48 hrs for approval.
Than another 3 -5 working days to pay.
Deposits are instant. Withdrawals can take weeks.
They use every trick in the book to delay payment.

It did pend until Monday morning, per our banking team’s operating hours. On Monday (26th June) your withdrawal was removed from pending and a request was made by the Player Security Department for documents which you had sent through over the weekend. The Player Security Department is in a different vicinity to the Call Centre, hence when you sent the documents through, they were not aware that you had done so already. The process to request verification documents can be done at random times designated by the Player Security Department. Should there have been no request for documents on your account, your account would not have been verified, even though you had sent the documents through. Your account was reviewed and your documents were approved on the 27th June which was within our standard 24 - 48 hour period from the time of the initial request. On the 28th June, your withdrawal was processed by our Payments Team which was also within the 24 - 48 hour period from the time of your account being verified. With the Payments Team being situated independently to the Player Security Department and Call Centre, it can take up to 24 hours for a payment to be made as all checks need to be confirmed as being done before payment can be released. Online support takes up to 40 minutes to answer simple questions. I signed up, didn't get the free spins as what was on offer for new members and was told I don't get them in the beginning then told at a later stage I should have asked upon sign up which I did?

Worst customer service, last online support member was rude so I kept the conversation for record. Closed the account with a small amount still in it and wasn't advised what happens to that either. Given it was a small amount but it's not the point.Small amounts add up.

Limited smartphone games and I spent a bit and nothing.Old and tried but not new player friendly at all, especially if you have to ask support for help or have any questions. Overall my experience with them wasn't motivating for further spends.

Very often I receive bonuses surprisingly. It's ok if it is a 100% bonus. Sometimes it's a very small bonus and still you are allowed to only bid 15% of the bonus amount per spin. I only hope that the point of your game is good fun, and not primarily a way of earnings.
