Been almost 60 days since I withdrew my winnings of 400 US dollars and still nothing sent all verification and Richard Hamilton said it was sent the 13 of may ha well still nothing and now he won’t respond to my emails.

I won after deposited december last year nd still havent got my winnings.ive emails after emails now no one replies.is there anywhere i can turn to for help.

Opened in 2014 an account in play2win casino. Lost 400 €. Closed that account. Opened an account in 2015 in 21grand casino. Won 480 €. They refused to pay because of my other account opened & closed in play2win one year ago. It's in their very confusing T&C.

Do never play in any of this casinos or any CR Ltd casinos as they all have the same T&C. I hope this brand disappears soon for the benefit of all gamblers.

I am waiting for over a week for an answer of my Account Manager Because I have an open withdrawal request. No one is answering to my emails and live support can't help. Withdrawal made on may 13th. Nothing happened until today.
