Just signed up and didn't had to contact support to remove annoying bonuses. Had to set up my identity first and upload the regular documents (which normally come in after submitting a withdrawal). Started playing with a 100 and was lucky to reach 350. At that time, since this is a new casino, I decided to withdrawal.
Just scared the shit out of me with the text "withdrawal suspended", however i contacted live support and it seems to be a 24 hour waiting period. So far everything is good!
