At the moment nothing. I find no-dep offers for registration are always a good first test. Is the offer actually provided? Does the site work and do the games run smoothly? What are the bonus terms and conditions and how does the casino behave when it comes to withdrawals? Zencasino failed the test because they lured new customers with offers they were not willing to give.

The first impression was not a good one. they offer registration spins via AskGamblers. But when I contacted live support because there was no field to enter the bonus code, I was informed that there would be no no-deposit offer because "all codes were already used up". This is from my experience - I had luckily no issues but had questions that are still unanswered as I couldn't find any answer anywhere on their website and I know support won't be of any help.
They have some player levels and it's impossible to find which level you are and how much you are missing to get to the next level.

Let's first deal with the elephant in the room: they refuse to pay out winnings! They will use all sorts of delays and shameless excuses to make sure that you never see a cent, and will even lie to your face about it. For example, after winning €4000 at a slot (no bonus involved) and trying to withdraw it, Zen Casino cancelled my withdrawal (!) and claimed that "they need to contact the game provider for a gameplay security check", and that this would take "5-10 working days". 5-10 working days, what? In the 21st century? Seriously?

If you guessed that this was just an excuse to not pay out legitimate winnings, you were correct. 5-10 days (and more) passed and I got a statement from the game provider saying that they have never been contacted by Zen Casino regarding my gameplay or account.

In other words, Zen Casino will simply stonewall you with false excuses and wait until you either give up or lose your money.

When confronted with these facts, Zen Casino was unable to provide any evidence that they had ever initiated any such contact with the game provider, and resorted to simply repeating "It's our T&C" and stonewalling me. Well sure, but then they're violating their own T&C, because it clearly says they will contact the game provider, and they obviously never did that!

It's simply unbelievable for any business - let alone a casino - to just lie to your face in this fashion.

You will never get paid a cent at Zen Casino, and I strongly advise all readers to put their money elsewhere.
