They will use all sorts of delays and shameless excuses to make sure that you never see a cent, and will even lie to your face about it. For example, after winning €4000 at a slot (no bonus involved) and trying to withdraw it, Zen Casino cancelled my withdrawal (!) and claimed that "they need to contact the game provider for a gameplay security check", and that this would take "5-10 working days". 5-10 working days, what? In the 21st century? Seriously?
If you guessed that this was just an excuse to not pay out legitimate winnings, you were correct. 5-10 days (and more) passed and I got a statement from the game provider saying that they have never been contacted by Zen Casino regarding my gameplay or account.
In other words, Zen Casino will simply stonewall you with false excuses and wait until you either give up or lose your money.
When confronted with these facts, Zen Casino was unable to provide any evidence that they had ever initiated any such contact with the game provider, and resorted to simply repeating "It's our T&C" and stonewalling me. Well sure, but then they're violating their own T&C, because it clearly says they will contact the game provider, and they obviously never did that!

The web design is simple with good graphic design. Works well on PC and mobile. Pretty "wide" selection of games. Fast registration, VPN friendly, and many deposit options. At least for me, easy and ok withdrawal speed (after the wagering bonus). No "deposit" fees. They have some sort of responsible gaming tools.
