The web design is simple with good graphic design. Works well on PC and mobile. Pretty "wide" selection of games. Fast registration, VPN friendly, and many deposit options. At least for me, easy and ok withdrawal speed (after the wagering bonus). No "deposit" fees. They have some sort of responsible gaming tools.

Terrible and very unfriendly chat support. Tries not to answer any of your questions only replies "Did you read the terms?" "Did you read the rules?". This is one of the major down points so far. Really disappointed. Even semi-automated help desks are better than this. If you have employees that are meant to do this job, let them use good English and try to be nice as possible and give out as much information as possible and not try to avoid questions or be sarcastic in the way the user has read the rules. It will give your customers a better experience... Jesus...
This is from my experience - I had luckily no issues but had questions that are still unanswered as I couldn't find any answer anywhere on their website and I know support won't be of any help.
They have some player levels and it's impossible to find which level you are and how much you are missing to get to the next level.
They have some casino races which are also impossible to find.

Their website doesn't crash and it has lots of games from many providers I guess, but sadly those are about the only redeeming features of Zen Casino.

I have played at over 20 casinos during the last 5 years, and Zen Casino is by far the worst one that I have ever encountered.

Let's first deal with the elephant in the room: they refuse to pay out winnings! They will use all sorts of delays and shameless excuses to make sure that you never see a cent, and will even lie to your face about it. For example, after winning €4000 at a slot (no bonus involved) and trying to withdraw it, Zen Casino cancelled my withdrawal (!) and claimed that "they need to contact the game provider for a gameplay security check", and that this would take "5-10 working days". 5-10 working days, what? In the 21st century? Seriously?

If you guessed that this was just an excuse to not pay out legitimate winnings, you were correct. 5-10 days (and more) passed and I got a statement from the game provider saying that they have never been contacted by Zen Casino regarding my gameplay or account.

In other words, Zen Casino will simply stonewall you with false excuses and wait until you either give up or lose your money.

When confronted with these facts, Zen Casino was unable to provide any evidence that they had ever initiated any such contact with the game provider, and resorted to simply repeating "It's our T&C" and stonewalling me. Well sure, but then they're violating their own T&C, because it clearly says they will contact the game provider, and they obviously never did that!

It's simply unbelievable for any business - let alone a casino - to just lie to your face in this fashion.

You will never get paid a cent at Zen Casino, and I strongly advise all readers to put their money elsewhere.

To me, this casino is one of the best and most trusted crypto casino today. I've been playing here for almost 2 years, and until now I never experienced any problem with this site. My winning here is on + but it's not much. It is almost a break-even for me, but so satisfied with their service.

In my opinion, this is one of the few casinos where you can really play without problems. The site is great, there are no errors, long downloads or anything like that. Everything works quickly and beautifully. Payouts are also fast. Well, there are quite a lot of bonuses. Now I play only here.

First time I played there, I deposited 3 times first 2 deposits were nothing. The third I think i managed to get up to a balance of 60000 CAD. I hoped I would get paid and I did without much hassle. I did only ending up withdrawing 27000 but was paid.

Support works well only in English, with small withdrawal options, long withdrawal process. Incomprehensible bonus system. All this makes it difficult to enjoy games, although the choice of games is quite large.
