this casino is an enigma to me. I deposit 340 euros on June 10 and have my account verified, which is done fairly quickly. then I request a first gain to two different bank accounts. withdrawal refused because only one iban acceptes. it is therefore June 1o and I am going back to the withdrawals on the first account. a first withdrawal is paid fairly quickly (thank you) but the others are cancelled. without any email: it turns out that I haven't received any email from the financial department since the beginning... the chat copies it the email - I send back the documents and the next day the same email requesting papers. I take pictures again. still no news. we are on the 16th the account that was verified is marked pending and the withdrawals on I pass (3000 euros to come) are cancelled. and all this without any email :(. I see that the management is responding here so if this is the case. thank you for solving the problem.

Now I deposit money via credit card, when I try to withdraw my earnings, there are no bank or card option, their support told me for specific countries bank withdrawal not working, okay, so they said I have to use cryptocoin option, but to use it you have to deposit 60 usd more via cryptocoin, amazing right?

I deposit 60 usd more and played all amounts (yes you have you play all deposit amount before withdraw hahaha, amazing 2), okay, everything seems valid, even their support told me if I deposit minimum amount via crypto, then I can withdraw all amounts but now they canceled my withdrawal request and said that since I used credit card for deposit, I have to use bank account option for withdrawal... Dear god, I never seen such an amateur bookmark since 15 years, this bookmark just a big joke, I raised a ticket curaçao gaming authority and will follow all process and I'll complain them to every review site.

I am self-excluded in all casinos under their license, furthermore I extra asked for self-exclusion under the whole license. When I visited a casino of them and tried to open an account, everytime there comes a notice, that I am not allowed to open an account because I am blacklisted.

When I visited Yonibet and tried to open an account, I used my whole same dates and even passed the kyc, no notice that I am blacklisted. I could cash in and play. When I realized, it was an casino, which I am not allowed to play at (its need to known, when you are self-excluded in one of their casinos, you are not allowed to play their and in case you win something ,they took all of your winnings) I wrote them, that I am a blacklisted user who could register and asked them to close my account, refund my deposits and take a check up for their responsible gaming system.

Theo blocked my account and rejected my refund with telling me that their terms say that they dont refund anything. My mind is, that this is absolutely not fair and against responsible gaming, when you extra ask them to self-exclude you for the whole license and the system doesn't work, they should care about it. Don't ever play here

Guys, I am having an extremely BAD experience on this betting site. If you are a serious player and are planning on winning any money I would advise you to not touch yonibet for one second.

The actual site, gameplay, odds, etc is Ok, although they have occasional technical issues with the website. The problems are everything else:

1. DEPOSIT DOESN'T WORK
I deposited with crypto and my money didn't come through. They claimed my deposit was rejected even though it was already processed on my crypto wallet. I had to write to costumer support and send proof of my deposit. Then it took more than one day that my money even came to my account.

2. ACCOUNT RESTRICTED AFTER FEW DAY
I started winning some money and already after few days I was restricted and my bet limit was very quickly only few euros. That means they welcome new players but they will restrict fyou or no other reason other than that you are a good player. Very fair indeed

3. WITHDRAWAL LIMITS
They have very low withdrawal limits, you can only withdraw 1500 eur/dollars per one time. For every withdrawal (no matter what method) they will charge you 5 eur/dollars. I have never seen this anywhere else, clearly they limit withdrawals so they take more of your money from you

4. THEY DIDN'T PROCESS MY WITHDRAWAL FOR 26 DAYS, AND COUNTING
My account is fully verified. I have made my first withdrawal on 1.06. After one week my money didn't arrive, they were claiming they have a "high number of requests" and that it will take 4 working days or more. on 11.06 (after 9 working days) they notify me there was an "error" with my withdrawal, and I have to cancel my first withdrawal and do it it again. Of Course that means that the withdrawal process starts from the beginning. Very obviously this is just a tactic for delaying payment even more. They appear very nice and kind, but in truth they are lying and deceiving you in order to not pay your winnings. after all this delaying now they are claiming they CANT process my withdrawal, because of "technical issues", they cant even explain why. This is ofcourse a lie, because we all know it takes 5 minutes to process a crypto payment with a valid crypto address, which I have. I have send them several different addresses I use, they keep claiming they cant process it. All my crypto wallets are working fine, only yonibet has a problem with it. Today is 28.06, so not even one withdrawal was processed in 28 days. They keep asking for other withdrawal methods, which I dont have and I have told them that many times. They keep apologizing, saying they "understand my frustration" but yet they do NOTHING.

CONCLUSION
I m still not sure if i will get my money, even if I do the withdrawal is taking unacceptingly long. This, with all the other issues I have written about before - DO NOT USE BETTING SITE. they are unprofessional and unfair, all of this is just ridiculous, they might even try to steal my winnings. Everything I wrote is 100% real and true, so don't believe their excuses or replies on this message. Only thing I can do now is to warn other players so they don't fall into the same thing.

I cannot say that I like too many things about this casino. I just tried it out a few days ago.
Customer support is very fast (replies within minutes) until... see what I dislike about this casino.

No transparency. Customer support is really fast, until its time to verify your documents. For that, compared to other casinos and betting sites, they are extremely slow. After such quick replies to my issues from the support team, I expected faster verification process (less than 24 hours). Also, the section on their website to upload these files does not work, even if your file meets their requirements it throws an error and does not upload, so you have to send the documents by email... not comfortable. I like having control over my data and seeing in my account which documents they have from me. Btw, the size limit for files is 0.5MB and a normal picture taken with your iPhone is already heavier than that, so you have to mess around with image compression to send them the files.

All their 5-star reviews on TrustPilot are "fake". They are just because the customer support offers you a 5€ Freebet for sports when you give them a 5-star review in Trustpilot.

When you ask for the sports welcome bonus after wager your first deposit 1x and winning, you have to rollover your current balance again. I have never seen this on any other betting site, what is already wagered is already wagered. And btw, you can only use the sports welcome bonus on combo-bets.

When paying with credit card, the transaction is done in USD so your bank can charge you extra fees for the currency conversion. In my case the deposit was 100€ and the transaction was 100,49€.

They have a wide selection of slots. They have a fast and friendly support. I kind of like their loyalty program (you can earn the coins and spend them on their store). Otherwise the VIP ranks are pretty useless imo.

1) I managed to win some cash and wanted to withdraw. Almost immediately after my registration I reached a higher VIP rank, which, according to their site, had a higher withdrawal limit per month, than the usual 10,000 € per month. When I requested about this in the chat, they told me they were just about to update the VIP rank terms, so I just had to wait. And, in a few days, they were really updated - now the 3 lowest levels all had the same withdrawal limit - 10 k€ per month - as anyone else. Woohoo, what a nice update. So you could withdraw max 1,500 € at a time and max 2,500 € per week.

2) For every withdrawal, there applies a fee of 5 €, which, imo, is unnecessary, and a lot. Most casinos don’t have this.

3) They have made the self control tools misleading and hard to use. The page where you can set limits, is on a very dark base, so it’s actually very difficult to see what’s written in there. Also, misleadingly, only the sports betting limits are on the first page, and you need to open up a second page in order place limits specifically on casino betting - if you actually manage to see what’s written there.
So unintentionally I finally only had betting limits on the sports betting, and no limits on casino betting; so while I was waiting for my withdrawals (due to their excessively slow withdrawal schedule), I accidentally noticed that my betting limit was not in place, and, as a person with some degree of issues with self control when it comes to gambling, I ended up losing all of my remaining balance of almost 9,2 k€, just like that. It is also true that the first draft of the Yoniclub limits needed to be reviewed, as the 15,000€ monthly limit of the Bronze level were not adding up with the 2,500€ weekly limits that were in place at that time. This was an error which we have corrected by reviewing the original scheme and making a few adjustments lowering the monthly total limit for the Bronze level but also raising weekly/daily limits for other VIP ranks.

In your particular case we would like to point out that the amounts of withdrawals approved on your account were quite above the limits (2x 1,500k€ within 24h, so above the 2,500€ weekly limit and another 1,500€ within 7 days). 2 – Yes there is a 5€ fee for every withdrawal as clearly stated in our T&Cs.
