Yonibet does not pay out

All was working fine with yonibet and my account, on 3 august I received an email where they ask me to reupload KYC, I did everything and appeared the message of "you have been verified" I tried to withdraw and now my account seems to be closed as one message of "user is disabled" appears and they don't reply on chat, instantly they close chat.

I made a deposit at the casino (100€). During the process, an error accrued and the process was cancelled. The money was transferred anyway to the casino, but not credited to my casino account. After long conversations with their agents, they told me that money never arrived and I got the money back. But I haven't got the money back whether on my bank account or casino account. I provided them with all screenshots, bank statements. It is clearly seen that the money was transferred to them and I never got a refund. Please help me in this case.

I would like to ask you for help. I have now a ca. 47k Balance on my account. Now I am trying to get my money. Unfortunately, the casino is holding the money back for different reasons:

- Too many requests

I TCs is written that it takes up to 48h -> Ok I waited. Then they told me due to the high volume of requests I need to be patient for the next 48 hours. After 5 working days, they tell me that still need to be patient and maybe by the end of the week they will proceed. The latest statement was around 10 working days for processing.

My account is verified.

I am only allowed to make 1500€ per day, at this speed, it will take me some years to get my money.

Hi, I would like to make a complaint against Yonibet casino for delayed payment. I have a verified account and made on 08 July 500 euros payout request. I have contacted them several times and every time got the same answer like they are too busy???? I am worried about my money and I am asking you to help me solve this problem. Thanks

I have to say I am new to the Yonibet Casino but my payout is not getting approved for several days now. I reached out to the casino but they do not have any other explanation than "technical issues" nor can they give me a timeline of when they'll approve the payout. The casino claims to approve withdrawal within a maximum of 72 hours and this is why I signed up but it seems they do not keep this promise.

One of the worst casino betting experiences I've ever had. After I've created my account and got it fully verified I've decided to make a deposit and start using the website. On 24/02/2021 I've made my first deposit and start placing some bets. The following day (25/02/2021) I've requested a withdrawal through the exact same method that i deposited (bitcoin). For reasons no one can understand they cancelled my withdrawal. I've contacted them through live chat and they told me that they had some technical issues to process withdrawals through bitcoin.

I decided to contact them through live chat and ask them what I should do in order to get my money. They told me that the problem was resolved and that I could now request a new bitcoin withdrawal and everything would be ok. That's exactly what I did. Some hours later i got the exact same email from them saying that my withdrawal was cancelled due to "technical issues". So again I contacted them through live chat to get more information. I was told that they still have some technical issues and that I should change my withdrawal method and everything will be ok. So I've requested a new withdrawal this time through Ecopayz. Of course some hours later my withdrawal was cancelled due to technical reasons. Same story again, I am contacting them through live chat to see what's going on.

Needless to say that their reply was the same. Technical issues. I was advised to request my withdrawal again with Ecopayz and that the funds will reach my account very soon. On 04/03 I've requested my withdrawal again with Ecopayz. I am still waiting the funds to reach my account. This is the worst betting experience I've ever had.
