Dear Askgamblers Team,

I made a deposit at the casino (100€). During the process, an error accrued and the process was cancelled. The money was transferred anyway to the casino, but not credited to my casino account. After long conversations with their agents, they told me that money never arrived and I got the money back. But I haven't got the money back whether on my bank account or casino account. I provided them with all screenshots, bank statements. It is clearly seen that the money was transferred to them and I never got a refund. Please help me in this case.

Thank you for leaving your complaint on Askgamblers, as you know we are always looking to resolve any queries you might have!

I would like to begin by saying that we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on the website and that we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have checked with the responsible department and they have confirmed that we have not received these funds from your bank account. If they were debited from your bank account they should be refunded as soon as possible.

For now I advise you to be patience as it sadly sometimes can take a bit of time before the money is refunded. Unfortunately we have no influence on the processing time of your bank. If you still have not received the refund by Tuesday, please send us your bank statement from the day of the deposit till Tuesday.
