Delayed Payment Yonibet 792 Euro

I am waiting on a withdrawal of €792 from Yonibet for 10 days now (8 working days). My account is fully verified and I did not take/use any bonus funds. The official withdrawal time on their terms and conditions is 48 hours. I have contacted them several times via Live Chat and email and they initially just said that there had been delays in the finance department and the average pending time is 4 working days. In fairness, the customer service team have been very quick in responding but every time I contact them they keep just saying that they have sent my request to the finance department and 'hopefully' it will be paid soon. However, they are offering no explanation as for the delay and I am getting worried now that they will never process the payment. I have never seen such delays on any other casinos/betting sites. Unfortunately, they seem to already have several similar delayed payment complaints on this site. Can you please help? Thanks

I can confirm that I have received my payment today and I appreciate the help, particularly from Martina in Customer Service. It is a shame that the payouts take so long (10 working days in the end) as you have a good site with plenty of good sports betting options and a very helpful and responsive customer service team. However, unfortunately with those waiting times for withdrawals you will lose a lot of customers.

I would like to thank the Ask Gambers team for raising and publishing this complaint and it can now be marked at resolved.

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us, please be informed that we on average process the withdrawals within 48 hours, however on occasion it can take a bit longer for which we apologize. In the meantime, I believe your withdrawal has been approved, for more information on this, please see our terms and conditions section 4.1.

4.1 The finance department may take on average up to 48 hours (working days) in order to process player's withdrawal requests. This time period applies only if all documents for verification have been sent and verified. The account needs to be verified in order to process the withdrawal. During the time of the processing, the player is free to cancel his withdrawal request at any time in his account.

One of the worst casino betting experiences I've ever had. After I've created my account and got it fully verified I've decided to make a deposit and start using the website. On 24/02/2021 I've made my first deposit and start placing some bets. The following day (25/02/2021) I've requested a withdrawal through the exact same method that i deposited (bitcoin). For reasons no one can understand they cancelled my withdrawal. I've contacted them through live chat and they told me that they had some technical issues to process withdrawals through bitcoin.

I decided to contact them through live chat and ask them what I should do in order to get my money. They told me that the problem was resolved and that I could now request a new bitcoin withdrawal and everything would be ok. That's exactly what I did. Some hours later i got the exact same email from them saying that my withdrawal was cancelled due to "technical issues". So again I contacted them through live chat to get more information. I was told that they still have some technical issues and that I should change my withdrawal method and everything will be ok. So I've requested a new withdrawal this time through Ecopayz. Of course some hours later my withdrawal was cancelled due to technical reasons. Same story again, I am contacting them through live chat to see what's going on.

Needless to say that their reply was the same. Technical issues. I was advised to request my withdrawal again with Ecopayz and that the funds will reach my account very soon. On 04/03 I've requested my withdrawal again with Ecopayz. I am still waiting the funds to reach my account. This is the worst betting experience I've ever had.
