Dear Askgamblers team, and dear Yonibet team

I would like to ask you for help. I was lucky enough to win huge on a Slot (7500€). Now I am trying to get my money. Unfortunately, the casino is holding the money back for different reasons:

- Too many requests

- Problems with withdrawal systems


I TCs is written that it takes up to 48h -> Ok I waited. Then they told me due to the high volume of requests I need to be patient for the next 48 hours. Nof after 5 working days they tell me that still need to be patient and maybe by the end of the week they will proceed.

My account is verified (see screenshot).


I am only allowed to make 1500€ per day, at this speed, it will take me some months to get my money.

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us, please be informed that we on average process the withdrawals within 48 hours, however on occasion it can take a bit longer for which we apologize. For the withdrawals which are open longer than 48 hours, the responsible department is currently doing their utmost best to work through them and they should be able to resolve this within the next few days. For more information on this, please see our terms and conditions section 4.1.

4.1 The finance department may take on average up to 48 hours (working days) in order to process player's withdrawal requests. This time period applies only if all documents for verification have been sent and verified. The account needs to be verified in order to process the withdrawal. During the time of the processing, the player is free to cancel his withdrawal request at any time in his account.

In the meantime I believe your withdrawal has been approved, could you please either confirm here or contact us by chat so we can help you further with any questions/queries you might have?

Also, a goodwill gesture has been offered to the players who were waiting for a longer period of time for the processing of their withdrawals, normally you should have received an email regarding this as well.

After two weeks I have been paid. First 1500€ arrived. Second deposit pending again >48h.

The more you play at Yonibet the higher your VIP rank will be, with that higher VIP rank you will be able to withdrawal much more! The withdrawal limits can go as high as 50.000,- euro per month!
