Dear Askgamblers team, and dear Yonibet team

I would like to ask you for help. I have now a ca. 47k Balance on my account. Now I am trying to get my money. Unfortunately, the casino is holding the money back for different reasons:

- Too many requests

I TCs is written that it takes up to 48h -> Ok I waited. Then they told me due to the high volume of requests I need to be patient for the next 48 hours. After 5 working days, they tell me that still need to be patient and maybe by the end of the week they will proceed. The latest statement was around 10 working days for processing.

My account is verified.

I am only allowed to make 1500€ per day, at this speed, it will take me some years to get my money.

Dear Grasow,

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us, from what I can see is that your withdrawals have been approved in the last few days and you only have one pending withdrawal which was requested yesterday evening. This pending withdrawal will most likely be processed at the beginning of next week.

Please be informed that we on average process the withdrawals within 48 hours, however on occasion it can take a bit longer for which we apologize. For the withdrawals which are open longer than 48 hours, the responsible department is currently doing their utmost best to work through them and they should be able to resolve this within the next few days. For more information on this, please see our terms and conditions section 4.1.

4.1 The finance department may take on average up to 48 hours (working days) in order to process player's withdrawal requests. This time period applies only if all documents for verification have been sent and verified. The account needs to be verified in order to process the withdrawal. During the time of the processing, the player is free to cancel his withdrawal request at any time in his account.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the processing of the withdrawal is taking a bit more time than anticipated. The expectation is that all withdrawals will be processed by the beginning of next week, we understand that this is a bit longer than the average given timeframe of 48 hours for which we as stated at the beginning of the message apologize.

Dear all

I am ok with closing the complaint, as long the next withdrawals will run smoothly and according to T&C within the stated time period.
And take into account the withdrawal limits -> Per week 2500€ (split in 1500€ and 1000€) x 4 weeks = 10k per month, as stated in the T&C's. This week I have been paid out 1500, the new withdrawal of 1000€ is placed.
