YakoCasino - Holding withdrawal for information against Gaming Commissions own rules

Yako Casino which is 1 of 11 sites under L and L Europe is wrongly holding my withdrawal for information on my wealth.

After depositing £2000 over multiple deposits (of which I never received an email asking for information) I managed to win back my £2000 in fair games which can be seen in the history of games and transactions.

However, the second I went to withdraw the money, the email asking for a Wealth check was sent over. If I'm honest, I think this is a horrendous way of holding people to ransom on passing over extremely sensitive information on my bank statements, wage slips, and now more!

I have sent over 3 recent wage slips and 3 recent bank statements of which they then requested even more information.

They have now asked for my savings account details dating back to 01/01/2021 and they also ask for bank statements in PDF form up to today's date, which isn't possible as the bank does arrear statements and not on the day statements in PDF forms (I called and checked)

So after sending more than enough details showing I have the wealth to play, not committing fraud as I've proved my wealth comes from my wages, they are holding Mt withdrawal to ransom for private information to sell to the NSA (National Statistics Agency).

I contact the Gaming Commission who has confirmed that they can't hold withdrawals for this information (please see their website) and also that the information with the dates is more than sufficient.

This is the most controlling and intrusive action I've ever seen with casinos. They refuse to release my funds and highlighted on a live chat that they can keep the money if I don't show them Information which is also against t the Gaming Commission rules.

I have had 5 sleepless nights, worry, and anxiety believing that I would lose £2000 by these nasty and cruel actions... luckily I contact and spoke to a representative at the Gaming Commission that advised that they are not allowed to do and say the things they have.

I have followed up with them and been shit down, so advice on the next steps to be this and then follow the link on their website as well.

Website UI does not seem well designed and pages have been slow to fully load at times.
Despite this casino under the newer UK GC guidelines to prevent withdrawals being unfairly impeded, my withdrawal was held pending a request for a number documents. The deposit option was still available and I could still play while my withdrawal was held, funnily enough.
I find the larger, more well-known casinos quicker and less frustrating if you actually win.

Yeah I think YakoCasino has what it takes to be a fine casino at all. They do have some great games to offer and the customer service is really off the charts.
You could always rely on that service and make it look like it was a hotel in the first place. That is what I think makes it easy to play in this casino since there are many others who try to play a wide variety of games that we know of. That is what makes it easy for players like me to come up with this good review.

I think the only downside on this one is the lack of a proper bonus list. I mean that not all casinos have one but they do at least offer some of the best ones you could get anywhere. That makes it easy for us to find out and see which of them all casinos is the best.
Other than the bonuses, I think I do not have much problem about it since it really does a fine good job about its work on the casino in the first place. I just wish they would work on that one now.

They hold your withdrawals for well over 14 days due to long response times and extremely private information of bank statements on your personal accounts, savings accounts, wage slips and more. Terrible casino.

The gaming commission clearly says that no casino can hold withdrawals on the terms for information, yet Yako and all the other 11 sites under the L and L Europe group do this.

Avoid at all costs if you play to withdraw your funds.

They give good promotions on their website, for example the one bonus which I liked is 200% Bonus. I haven't seen such bonuses much in other casinos. Games are nod bad and a goog selection of them.

Where is live Chat there? I don't want to wait a few days to get an email answer on my question. It is very unconvenient! Maybe I am wrong and just couldn't find it, so please help me with it. I had to contact them about payment fees, it is not normal that fee is so high!

Yako Casino is a great place to play. I love the layout, especially the colour scheme. There are a huge selection of games to choose from. The live chat guys are friendly, professional, and helpful. All games run smoothly. Once a withdrawal request has been made, you don't have the option to reverse, which is great as it is sometimes tempting to do so.

Love that they reward players on every deposit made in the way of wager free cash which is available 24 hours after all deposits made. This rewards structure is much better than rewarding players with free spins or cash that carry ridiculous wagering.

Withdrawals could be a little faster. There are a few other casinos I play at where I receive withdrawals to my bank account in under an hour, so no reason Yako and others can't follow suit. They don't have the games 'Monopoly Live' or 'Dream Catcher' which is a pity as I like a flutter on those from time to time. Apart from these minor gripes, I find Yako to be a fair, fun place to play.

There is no way to contact them (e-mail address doesn't work and chat button doesn't work either). My money is stuck in the casino and there isn't even a withdrawal option on the site. I even tried to click their FAQ page, but it's empty. Scam? Help!

Yako casino belong to the L&L group of casinos and I registered at a few of them. I registered here because of the deposit options such as bitcoin was available, and I could play in my own currency which is zar as well. They had a welcome offer of 50% bonus only, but I also received 22 free spins no deposit required.

I think the sign-up spins was on Starburst with a wagering of x30 or x40 attached, cannot really remember. The 50% bonus has a wager of x40 the bonus amount only. I like their bonus system as real cash is used first and if you happen to get a big win, then you can cancel the bonus and request a withdrawal.

My first deposit was 250zar and had 125 zar bonus. I played a couple of slots and had a huge win on Asgardian stones. I think Netent just released that slot at the time. Soon after my balance raised to 800 zar I decided to get in touch with live chat.

I contacted them and waited a short while. The nice thing is when you contact them you can actually send them messages so long, so you do not forget what to say when they arrive. They on average answer chat between 30 seconds – 1 minute. They are knowledgeable but sometimes you wait for them to get an answer.

Once they confirmed I can cancel bonus and withdraw funds I sent in documents for verification and requested a withdrawal. Documents took about 24 hours to get verified. Once that was done, I contacted them again and they said 24 hours for e-wallets. The next day the money was in my account.

They have a lot of providers, but I hardly play with bonuses these days as you cannot claim them using e-wallets anymore. I like playing my BTG slots here, like Bonanza with higher stakes since its in my own currency and made a few withdrawals here actually.
