You are able to send documents through chat, unlike some casinos. To me that's a plus.

I asked chat support if my 100% bonus will be added automatically, sure enough the chat support said "Yes". I deposited 20 knowing I'll get 40, only to find out that I had to manually get the bonus. Chat support is not 24 hr. I feel cheated. My deposit went very quickly. I don't think I'll deposit here again,unless they make it right. 4 stars out of possible 10.
