Hello I made an account and started Playing, some days later my account was closed and I still hade my deposit in balance left on my account, they said they found inconsistences. I asked for my deposit refunded but they did not respond and I have waited more than a week now so I would greatly appreciate help. It is about 3400 Euros I believe.

Winward casino - Does everything to not pay AUD 3,900

I began playing at winward maybe 4 months ago, I have deposited something like $9000AUD but can't check that since they have now disabled my account with no notice.

Initially they wait a week before denying payment, the reasons they give each week are different and they never ask for the information before, reasons for each weekly delay were: They want a selfie of me holding ID, they want a bank statement showing my deposits, they want an email of my crypto wallet address, they want a phone call, "Random verification check" - this one took two weeks.

After supplying them all their requested information over the course of months they finally stopped stalling and decided that now they would breach their stated payment terms and only pay $500 a week instead of their advertised $4000, and then they just blocked my account and stopped responding to my emails.

At one point I have over $100,000 in my account and I lost it all back except for $3900 during all their stalling tactics.

I want them to pay my outstanding balance of $3900 immediately and I also want this on the record of how they will do absolutely everything to avoid paying their players.

Have been waiting since March for my funds to hit bank. They said they left on the 8th April and would process between 15/15 business days every time I email them they say it's sent and will come soon then they closed my account for no reason and now when asked sent a bank statement as proof I haven't received funds they said that it was processed and will arrive how do I get my money off them, please

Hi. I still haven’t received my winnings. It was processed on the 19th april and still hasn’t arrived. It has been 3 weeks on Monday. My bank in Australia says international transfers only take a max of 5 working days. And have advised me to ask the merchant to track the transaction.

Please pay me my winnings

Winward casino has finally accepted my withdrawal on the 10th of april but unfortunately a week later they sent an email on the 17th stating that they are closing my account just because they have the right to. Will not pay my winnings

Can you please help me? I am having trouble getting my winnings from Winward Casino. They seem to be stalling in paying my winnings. They are coming up with one reason after another and it has been going on for over 2.5 weeks and there has been several emails back and forth but we are getting nowhere. The money keeps being put back in my casino account, and when I ask questions they won’t answer me. Details are as follows:
21/6/20 - submitted a request to withdraw my winnings of $2000 AUD.
All my required verification documents had been verified some months before and
The 3 items they list under verification requirements , on my account are all ticked and
Marked as fully verified (Government document showing my address, drivers license
showing photo ID, and front side of credit card ). I have read all their terms and
conditions and they state that it takes 5 days for the accounts department to review
the request.
25/6/20 - checked account to see if it had been processed yet, and left my account or whether
It was still pending but saw that the funds were now back in my account . Contacted
Live chat to enquire why this was so & was simply just told ‘missing card’. After asking
Repeatedly what they meant by that, some half an hour later I was finally told that
The card was not on file , or the account I tried to withdraw money to had never
been used at the casino, but the card that I almost always use to deposit IS the
Card associated with the account that I tried to withdraw into. Anyway the agent
(Vinnie) told me to send the card to the accounts email address. I asked if the
withdrawal would then take place and was told, just send the card. I immediately

processed on Monday (3 days time). There was no mention of any other required
Documents, and he said all was good to go.
30/6/20 - logged into my account expecting to see the money gone but it was still showing
as withdrawal pending so I replied to Pete’s email asking why, and received
a reply, now from Eric saying that the review would take place in 3 days time.
I replied saying that I was told it would be Monday and his reply was that it
Can take longer due to volume but it would definitely be that week.
1/7/20 - logged in to see what had happening and found the funds now sitting back in
My casino account to use for the 3rd time! I sent 7 seperate emails over the
course of the day and night trying to find out what was going on , with no reply to any of
them so I again contacted live chat and was told this time that the reason was missing
card. After arguing for some time trying to explain that I had just been through that
scenario 5 days earlier, and forwarding him the copy of Eric’s email stating it would be
done Monday, he said ‘oh yes I see that now’ and then said the reason it was back in
my account was because I hadn’t sent in my bank statement and could I do that straight
away then resubmit the request for withdrawal. I started to get a little annoyed and
explained I couldn’t see why this would be needed as there is no information on there
that they don’t already have, And that this is private information and that I wasn’t happy
to do this. Also asked if this meant I had to wait another 5 days again for a third time
and was told that I did. I asked to be put on to the account Manager and was told that
was Kevin but he had gone and now it was him (the person with whom I was on chat
with). I said good, can u please tell me why my account is showing as fully verified and
why a bank statement was necessary, he replied ‘take it up with accounts, I am just a
sole messenger’, and I said I thought u just said u were manager, and he then ended
the chat.
I emailed Eric again with and expressed my
annoyance with what was going on. I asked if they could confirm that they had on file,
my license, credit card, document with address , and now my statement, and if there
were any other documents that I needed to be submit to facilitate my withdrawal
request. I also asked why I was not told about the bank statement when I was told the
First time the funds were returned to my account, that the reason was missing
card, and told that it was good to go ahead with making withdrawal request again. I
also asked if they were stalling.
2/7/20 - When I received Eric’s reply, he simply stated that the bank statement was now on file,
and to go ahead with withdrawal request which would again be reviewed in 5 days
time for the 3rd time. He didn’t answer any of my questions, but he did say that

had supposedly already been reviewed twice by this stage and funds returned to
my account with no mention of any other required documents until I questioned it).
I sent my bank statement and asked for confirmation of receipt, and asked if there

of each card and send back to us at your earliest convenience’. I sent 4 seperate
emails in reply to this and as yet have had no response whatsoever !!!! It is
3/7/20 today. The ‘vouchers’ that they now want me to fill out and return are some
sort of dodgy authority form to allow them to deposit into my bank account! There
is nothing on that form that they don’t already have and it is clearly nothing more
Than yet another stall tactic . I have not returned the form to them , and have not
received any replies.

Withdrawal approved, then declined and still not processed

I have gone through all the necessary procedures - ID verification all uploaded and waited nearly a week to enquire about my withdrawal request. I received the approval email for my withdrawal on Friday 4/10 and then i went on the casino website next day just to have a quick check and low and behold my balance was back in my account!!

I spoke to the customer service agent and was told that "my bank had declined a card transfer". I have been using the same card with various other online sites and never have i had an issue. The agent told me to try another method of withdrawal - and when I asked if this would be processed ASAP, i was told that it will take another 3-5days for this to be checked!!!!!!! Delaying $331 withdrawal

I withdrew money to the amount of 331 dollars a few days ago. Today I log in to my Winward account to find the money is back in there. I talk to them via online chat and they say the need my bank statements. This comes after I had to verify everything previously including my card twice for some reason. I have sent them the bank statements and still haven’t heard back. I’ve re withdrew the money and it’s still pending. can somebody please help me out.

Bonus and withdrawal error

The casino has used a bonus cash back as reason for reduced payout when not entitled as per screenapshots. I made a withdrawal of $750 which was granted and approved. I then recieved payment of $77 after fees which is a shortfall of $650.
Screenshots show the deposit - cash back bonus and withdrawal in order of occurrence. Balance at time of $7.50 cash back was $392 and play through on the $7.50 was achieved anyway as balance went to $2500 before dropping to $750 when I decided to withdraw.
Communication with agents has either been removed or expired from the 4th - 12th June when it was confirmed the $750 Withdrawal was approved and no record of my account deposits prior to the 2nd June show in my account statement. This is third time I've complained submitting what evidence is avail through my account.

Well it has a ton of games I like...any there is always instant live chat available. They are willing to provide a bonus and I have always found them to be very helpful.

First...not sure how this is rated 7.6 when the reviews on here clearly indicate it is below 5 if you average them out. You can probably play...and maybe even win on this casino...if you want to give it a shot with no bonus. The bonus program is almost a scam. You deposit...the live chat guy says hey would you like a 250% bonus...well of course. Then you take the bonus and find out you can't play anything but a single platform! Which by the way happens to be one of the worst platforms online. The games are boring...non-interactive...payouts on 4 out of 5 reels matching only pays back 75% for nearly all matching symbols. Meanwhile every other Rival and BetSoft place online allows you to play with a bonus.

Oh the kicker by the way. The bonus play through was 35x, which the VIP Manager tried to claim is very good. Not sure how many sites he has played on but it has been a long time since I saw 35x play through on a bonus...especially a bonus that essentially locks you into only playing roughly 20 games. Good luck ever clearing a bonus at that place.

The only reason I rated this two stars is the live chat is instant...and they do provide assistance. What I do not like though is the shady practice of not having the bonuses in the deposit process where you can clearly read the terms and conditions. If I were limiting play to the lowest RTP platform I carried along with only 20 games playable...maybe I would hide that information as well.

So good luck...deposit...choose no bonus if you want a chance to win. If you want a penny arcade experience where you are just paying to play the games with no opportunity to win...well take the bonus and enjoy.

The games are entertaining...but...they are not worth a deposit!!! Don't make a deposit in this casino!!!

All talk no PAY!!! Sure, I understand, make a deposit to have fun on an online casino. That's what I do. BUT, it's always nice to make a deposit and play what you want with a bonus. This casino limits what you can play with a bonus. I made 2 deposits on $25 one $40. Each deposits were having fun on the slots I enjoy and that lasted about 10 mins. Was looking forward to use the bonus on the same slots but no. So I used it on the slots I did not want to play and actually got some good wins. Played on and on, some blackjack some video poker and raised my money up to $3,000. Nice, I wasn't planning on withdrawing that...just wanted to play the fun slots I enjoy. Kept trying to play them but could not because I didn't meet the play through. Understandable.

Tried to get help from live help and if you do not put the word deposit in a question the will not answer you! I would question, "how much more do I have to play through to get the bonus playable?" Winward casino was quite synonymous to their name meaning of their casino as WIN as lucky winnings and WARD as help and this will only become evident if and only you will try to experience their casino satisfying service! They offered poignant deposit bonuses and if you don't want to lessen your credit usage they will also offer a “free deposit bonus” just no string attached see for their terms and conditions.

There are good things that I must point and must acknowledge from playing Winward Casino first is their good visual graphics and they really attract my eyes playing and focusing to their casino. They really take time and effort to create a nice and friendly casino design.

Second, playing their casino games especially they're BetSoft and Rival games you will know the differences as we have prior knowledge playing a known software casino games. I don't really understand why I can't withstand some of the casino games for example the wagering requirements that I need to undertake but I felt that the RTP of slots are too low compared to other casino that have the same casino softwares.

Lastly, Winward casino is good in terms of their customer representative but has the limitation from their skill competencies they're fine serving but needs some revision of servicing among of the their other sister casino.

The downsides of the Casino Winward that I previously experienced were the unmanageable practice of spam emails. If you do sign up expect that this will happen to your email spam messages because of their advertisement through emails. Don't use this site at all. I used there bonus $25 free play. After playing for an hour I asked what the rules where. Mind you I've been chatting with Dan the live chat guy through out my time playing. When I ask the rules he goes silent. Now I took the 25 and turned it into 600, so I wanted to know what games would make the bonus go faster. Dan all of a sudden is no where to be found. I'm in live chat for 30 minutes asking what are the rules. No answer!

I really didn't like the site because of the way this interaction went, so I started betting everything just to be done with the site. As soon as I lost it all Dan answers immediately. Very Flakey site. I'm very happy I didn't put any money in that trashcan of a site.

If you read their terms, they actually say they can charge whatever to send you money and there's nothing you can do about it, wow.

Tip Game casinos, well I have never been fan of their games neither casinos, but when there is nothing to do at least claiming their no deposit bonuses, actually are they no deposit bonuses or just fan play .Winward casino, saw free chip and decided to play, honestly always read their T & C after I finished my playtime there, well never expect to win anything on their games.

This casino does not respect it's commitments regarding the welcome offer. I have not received 500% bonus on my deposit while 999% is noted in the conditions on the welcome offer. Chat with customer service is missing subscribers.

Unlike other casinos or top game I've played, redistribution seems very low, difficult to get the spins on the new machines and the little they come out, do not pay. This is certainly not on this casino that we can hope to make money.
