The casino has used a bonus cash back as reason for reduced payout when not entitled as per screenapshots. I made a withdrawal of $750 which was granted and approved. I then recieved payment of $77 after fees which is a shortfall of $650.
Screenshots show the deposit - cash back bonus and withdrawal in order of occurrence. Balance at time of $7.50 cash back was $392 and play through on the $7.50 was achieved anyway as balance went to $2500 before dropping to $750 when I decided to withdraw.
Communication with agents has either been removed or expired from the 4th - 12th June when it was confirmed the $750 Withdrawal was approved and no record of my account deposits prior to the 2nd June show in my account statement. This is third time I've complained submitting what evidence is avail through my account.

According to the records of your account however, we can see that you have played the funds and that there you have no available balance for cashout at this time.
