Hi. I still haven’t received my winnings. It was processed on the 19th april and still hasn’t arrived. It has been 3 weeks on Monday. My bank in Australia says international transfers only take a max of 5 working days. And have advised me to ask the merchant to track the transaction.
I have asked them and they seem non respondent to the request. Just saying your payment was processed from our end.
I have never had a complaint before about this casino but I have invested a lot of money into it and am very disappointed and dissatisfied at their response. Can you please help
