Winward casino has finally accepted my withdrawal on the 10th of april but unfortunately a week later they sent an email on the 17th stating that they are closing my account just because they have the right to. I then asked what's happening with my withdrawal I finally got a response last week confirming that they already sent funds and should reach me by the end of week at latest. Unfortunately I'm still waiting and it's very frustrating because if they sent it on the 10th april it should be in my account by now. I would like to know what's going on please because I'm getting nowhere.

Just wanted to update that winward casino have replied to me stating that the payment should reach me in a few days but hopefully it's true this time as they already said this last week.

Yes I just don't understand how the payment could have failed considering I have already called my bank and there are no failed payments on my end. Also the bank account number you have is correct I have checked it over and over and it is definitely correct so I'm not sure where the issue is you have my bank statements already verified so please just send me my funds

Sorry also in this email that you already sent me you stated that the payment was successful already and should reach me by the end of the week ? Youse Evan gave me a reference number which seems confusing to me can you please clarify how it failed please ? When everything you have is correct

Hello I've received $1.272 nzd but my understanding was use owed me $1300 australian dollars but only sent me $1.272 new Zealand dollars I don't understand how that works considering when I deposited I had to deposit in Australian dollars I don't believe you paid me what I'm owed ? Can you please explain why this has happened ?
