Winward casino has finally accepted my withdrawal on the 10th of april but unfortunately a week later they sent an email on the 17th stating that they are closing my account just because they have the right to. I then asked what's happening with my withdrawal I finally got a response last week confirming that they already sent funds and should reach me by the end of week at latest. Unfortunately I'm still waiting and it's very frustrating because if they sent it on the 10th april it should be in my account by now. I would like to know what's going on please because I'm getting nowhere.
