I withdrew money to the amount of 331 dollars a few days ago. Today I log in to my Winward account to find the money is back in there. I talk to them via online chat and they say the need my bank statements. This comes after I had to verify everything previously including my card twice for some reason. I have sent them the bank statements and still haven’t heard back. I’ve re withdrew the money and it’s still pending. can somebody please help me out.

Please be in aware that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Rejected upon player's inactivity and it will be closed accordingly.

The reason why your previous withdrawal request has been declined is due to the fact that the Accounting team needed you to provide them with the Credit/Debit Card Voucher for one of the cards that you have used to fund your account, as per the following rule from the Banking page:
If we require additional verification, we may ask for Credit/Debit Card Vouchers of all cards used in the past six (6) months;
According to your account records, you have already played the funds that you wanted to withdraw, so at the moment there are unfortunately no cashable amounts available on your account.
