I can't see anything special than another casino. The only thing they get an advantage over others is a minimum deposit of $10. They will find some problems to you for aiming you away when you are losing.
For sure you will be treated well in the beginning but after you lose a certain of time. Well, I submitted what they requested and they will keep asking for further evidence fund of losses, and will never end. When I won 20000 they asked for copies of my cards. 2 of these are old cards and have been cancelled so I asked for an alternative. Was told I could provide a letter from my bank advising they were cancelled. Cool, got the letter. Was missing a signature and stamp so I asked the bank for another one. Sent it through. They are still saying it is missing a stamp. Logo and signature even though they are clearly visible and I even included the original email from the bank with the attachment. They have now said they need bank statements from the last 3 months for those cards (that have been cancelled and my bank has verified this so therefore having recent statements is impossible and they know this) only possible explanation is that they just won't pay. Have given up and will just play my money out and leave. Please do not use, they will act like a professional establishment until you win more than $5000, no one minds being verified, happy they do. But this casino is not verifying and will not even accept what they have asked for if you manage to get it.

Not many good things with this casino but very fast payoutz and
good game collection. Many deposit options for finnish players but that is about it.
The support is very bad at this casino. Everytime you getting in touch it feels like you are talking to a bot.
The Loyalty + program does not offer anything extra than cashback and wager free spin (You can find these options on many other casinos these days without even beeing a VIP player).
The level up spins does not come after your avarage betting size as it is told on their site. Tried for weeks now explaining to them that if you play on 20c- 2€ bets the avarage betting size is not 3 c to 10 c per spin. But it seemed that they do not ever bother to listen to their loyalty + customers.
Never even had a deposit bonus as a VIP costumer here since they everytime claiming that their automized system works fine.

My negative experience so far playing here will certainly have an effect on this review, forcing me to only give wildz casino a 3/10 rating. Let's talk about the issues. The no deposit spins didn't work properly upon registration and I had to get in touch with tech support right from the beginning. They fixed my free spins and it worked after. I decided to take the impressive 250 spins welcome bonus. I wasn't exactly winning any money but I didn't care because I felt like the welcome bonus was a great deal for 10 bucks. When it came time to redeem my free spins on gonzos quest megaways on day 3 of my freespins lineup I was locked out of playing the game. Nobody explained to me why I was getting an error but I am unable to play gonzos quest megaways at all on my wheelz account. Don't make promises you can't keep. Well good games, otherwise I don't rly get how they compete in online casino world.
I don't know what I liked, guess I won money from them?😂 Overall at least the games worked and loaded, that's about it for me.
Withdrawals seem to be very hard for them to pay, there's nothing to lock ur money so I have guessed that they just keep intentionally delaying withdrawals to get people to play back their winnings.

The layout is easy to use and I can easily switch between games on both my PC and phone without any trouble, They also have a solid selection of games available. You probably won't ever see your money. They asked me for a bank statement. I provided that. They asked me for a government tax return. I provided that. You will always get asked for something different until it's something that you won't have, eg. a water bill. They won't pay out your money unless you have a water bill. It's an abuse of MGA guidelines.

The casino is quite easy to use and well laid out. The support staff are responsive but nonetheless useless. That's it. Please read my negative before signing up!
I've been fighting with the casino for 3 weeks as they keep refusing to verify my account. In order to verify my address, I've provided clear images of a recent bank statement, a phone bill, a certificate of insurance, a letter from the Revenue of Ireland and a driving license showing my address. This is more than enough. The casino is insisting upon a utility bill (water/gas/electric only) which I've told them at least 20 times I don't have as I live with my parents. I can't stress this enough. The casino is in violation of their MGA license and the MGA won't listen to me either. This is absolutely disgusting. I am losing sleep over it now. Wildz is a casino that I joined over a year ago. They were new and I noticed them on some affiliate site and they caught my attention. First of all, while their name isn't unique, the name combined with the casino design seemed interesting. Besides that, they had a really nice welcome bonus offer of 100% bonus along with 100 free spins and only 35x bonus wagering requirements.
At the time I claimed the welcome deposit bonus and played Twin Spin along with a few other games.
