WildSlots Casino - Won't let me withdraw due to a non-existing term
Hello, on Jun-08 I received an email from WildSlots that there were 10 free spins on Wild Wild West slot waiting for me in my Account. I redeemed them and won $6.95 (Screenshot 1). The wagering requirements were 50 x - $347.50 and I successfully completed them. My ending balance was: - Real balance: $300.85. - Bonus balance: $0 In order to withdraw winnings, I had to make at least one deposit, which I did - I deposited $10 via Neteller; after which my balance was $310.85. But, when I tried to withdraw $100 (which is the maximum amount that could be withdrawn, considering it came from free spins), I received this message: "Unfortunately you have not yet met your wagering requirements. You currently have 7.521,25$ left to wager." My account was immediately blocked, and they want me to contact live chat. I got an email where they want me to verify my account, and I did so, I send a bill (to verify my adress), my driverlicence (back and front), and also a printscreen from my Skrill account (I use Skrill when I play at unknown sites...like this one). Hello I can not wait longer , i feel i have to post a complain on ask gamblers hoping you can help me. I heard about Wild Slots from a friend which recomend me this casino, i like to try new casinos , So gladly i open an account and mademy first deposit and used their first bonus. After i lost , i discovered they have second bonus which i claimed and made my second deposit. I manage to have a decent win and was looking to start wager the bonus . This is when my problems with the casino began. Suddenly i got logged out and was not able to log in again, My account was blocked. After my second mail, i get an answer which chocked me. I was asked to send notarized documents of my id and my bank account also my id with my face and bill. I sent all this documents to their adress in Romania and also to their mail adress. Wildslots casino is an online casino which was established back in 2016 and I was from the first players to join. It is under the ownership of aspire global international ltd. Wildslots casino is licensed by Malta gaming authority and of course UKGC.

Well the one thing I liked about his casino was the theme and the design that the website contains. Everything is easy and the player can navigate without any problem. But there is one problem from my experience, the website is lagging uncontrollably sometimes.

Another thing I would like to point out is that Wildslots casino is offering a nice welcome bonus package for the new players. For the first deposit the player can get a nice 100% match deposit bonus and 100 free spins in the game book of dead by play n go. When I first made my account I wanted to verify my account so after talking with the support I was told to send them via email to the relevant department. I did and the next day I received an email by the department that my account was fully verified.

Now, when it comes to withdrawal via e wallet time frame, unfortunately I did not have the chance to withdraw any winnings so I have no idea. Unfortunately, it has been known to me by Wildslots that my account is country restricted so i will not be able to deposit anymore with wildslots casino. Had a good time though.

One thing I did not like about wildslots casino was the lagging of the website sometimes, but it can be surely be ignored by other players.
From my personal experience the lagging did not interfere with the slots or anything like that. Except that everything seem to run pretty good. Unfortunately, I can not play here anymore.

I do not like anything about this casino. There is way better casinos in my opinion.

They offered deposit bonus for 10 and Amanda failed to give it. Their excuse is the agent Amanda is new. I battled with them for three days to get the bonus I was promised. After I got and spent it I find out you cant have the bonus if you have another account with the network and collected the bonus. So they clearly trying to get me to violate the terms and conditions. I can almost guarentee they wouldnt of paid me if I won. Shady I dont like this deception

I send a email to care@wildslots why I do not get any more bonus in my account because i do nothing wrong. But i do not hear anything from them. So I go to the chat for the second time and this is what they said to me.

WildSlots is one of the few casinos I came across that has a great game selection and at the same time giving me the option to play in my own currency. Just this alone made me sign up for an account with them and obviously through AskGamblers.

I opened my account and the same day I made a deposit for the 150% and 150 free spins on starbust. I made a deposit of $20 equivalent in my currency which was 280zar and had about 700zar to complete my wagering. The wagering attached to the first deposit bonus was x40 the bonus amount.

My first slots I decided to play was pimped and holiday season. Now I do not play them anymore with 10 paylines because 3 lines is enough and I tend to bet more per line let say $0.05 or $0.10 per line. When I trigger the free spins and the session decides to pay well it's going to be a big win. I promise you after almost 300 spins I could not trigger the bonus feature at all and I had almost nothing left. I went to play some Netent slots to see if I could recover my balance but busted in a few minutes. I think my deposit bonus lasted more or less 30 minutes.

A few hours later I decided to login to claim my 150 free spins and to my surprise the spins were not added. I send an email to support which they responded a few hours later, which I think is long to advise me that I did not meet the minimum deposit requirements. I came back to AskGamblers and saw minimum deposit was in fact $25. I felt I could kick myself.

Anyways I think this casino is great although I did not make it to the withdrawal stage, but one day I will break the bank with them.

The only think I do not like is the fact that I had to email support, as I could not find any live chat button on the website.

Casino was working well and without the poor customer service & welcome bonus not received as promised, this could've been a good casino.



After first deposit, there was no 150% bonus added automatically as usual it is. Wrote to support email and they responded that they will add it but need a manager to do that and manager wasn't there. But it would happen latest the next day. Nothing happened. Contacted them via email several times after that - no response yet. Live chat operators exists but haven't been able to reach yet. Obviously not a good and trustable experience!
