Account frozen after winning 19000 SEK, verification goes for weeks now

I played at WildSlots casino around the beginning of december 2016. After have cleared the bonus, I was winning 19000 sek, and I made a withdraw.
My account was immediately blocked, and they want me to contact live chat. I got an email where they want me to verify my account, and I did so, I send a bill (to verify my adress), my driverlicence (back and front), and also a printscreen from my Skrill account (I use Skrill when I play at unknown sites...like this one).

I got this message at respond:

Shot time after I got the mail I went to a lawyer and get the documents they wanted. I send them to the adress in Romania (I send the letter 14/12 - 16). Now when I try to mail them, they just say that they waiting for the office in Romania to answer.
I have still not heard anything about receiving my letters or anything from there support. That's why I'm asking you to help me.

Unfairly confiscating 11966SEK after stalling verification for two weeks
Hi AskGamblers (and hopefully WildSlots), I made an account on WildSlots 18th october, deposited 1000 SEK and played slots with a 100% bonus (total start 2000 SEK). I've deposited the money from my own account (of course), via Trustly. You speak like there would be a third party if I understand this right? Card-owner or what you call it and player is the same - ME. Won't let me withdraw due to a non-existing term
Hello, on Jun-08 I received an email from WildSlots that there were 10 free spins on Wild Wild West slot waiting for me in my Account. I redeemed them and won $6.95 (Screenshot 1). The wagering requirements were 50 x - $347.50 and I successfully completed them. My ending balance was: - Real balance: $300.85. - Bonus balance: $0 In order to withdraw winnings, I had to make at least one deposit, which I did - I deposited $10 via Neteller; after which my balance was $310.85. But, when I tried to withdraw $100 (which is the maximum amount that could be withdrawn, considering it came from free spins), I received this message: "Unfortunately you have not yet met your wagering requirements. You currently have 7.521,25$ left to wager." I immediately contacted the Support via live chat and asked for explanation, since I completed wagering requirements and my account shows this (Screenshot 2): Real Balance: 310,85$ Bonus Balance: 0,00$ Remaining Wagering Requirments: 7.521,25$ Chat Agent Katie kept repeating that "The wagering from the winnings of the spins begins when you make a deposit Kristijan", which is simply not true and does not exist in their T&C. Blocked account with around 10000 SEK and no communication from them ever since
Hello I can not wait longer , i feel i have to post a complain on ask gamblers hoping you can help me. I heard about Wild Slots from a friend which recomend me this casino, i like to try new casinos , So gladly i open an account and mademy first deposit and used their first bonus. After i lost , i discovered they have second bonus which i claimed and made my second deposit. I manage to have a decent win and was looking to start wager the bonus . This is when my problems with the casino began. Suddenly i got logged out and was not able to log in again, My account was blocked. After my second mail, i get an answer which chocked me. I was asked to send notarized documents of my id and my bank account also my id with my face and bill. I sent all this documents to their adress in Romania and also to their mail adress. I sent all the letters and email 2016-12-19. I have sent Serveal Emails to Wildslots, i have not receved any answer what so ever, Their livesupport is never online, i dont even know if it exists, I have no answers, i dont understand the situation here and i dont understand how a casino can treat their customers so bad. I never had any problems before with any other casino and i am used to get good service from other casinos i have played. I ask myself how a casino with this aproach can even function. Delaying my cashout request without a reason

Getting the run around for my withdraw request of 1500ZAR
Dear AskGamblers, I have joined with WildSlots Casino on 7th November and claimed their welcome bonus 150% upon my deposit. I played several slots then managed to wager 40X.At that time my balance was around 2000 Zar but I continued playing because I love to play slots. While playing my balances were decreasing,I stopped playing when my balances down to 1500 Zar and I made withdraw request 1500 Zar successfully.On 8th November I got an email from them stated that my withdraw had been processed but my neteller account rejected to receive and they found my neteller account was closed which is not really true. I contacted with Neteller about my account then they informed me that my account is disabled for maintenance and my account will be enable within next 48 hours. So,on 11th November I logged into my Neteller account and found everything fine. After that I tried to login to my WildSlots Casino account but found my account is blocked. Immediately,I contacted with support via email then support team member Tobias replied me: Hi Domeking, Try to make a request now. Best regards, Tobias WildSlots Support 2016-11-11 12:49 GMT+01:00 So,I again tried to login but found still blocked! Then, I went to live chat to know why my account blocked where "Tobias" asked me to request new withdraw? But Live support team member "Peter" asked me to wait until their investigations done.I asked him how long it will take to finish their investigations then he said he knows noting and left before I said good bye. Even he gave me sounds that my account may perm blocked!! I asked him why,he said he has no answer about my question. What type of support is that where they can make sounds my account may remain perm blocked but they don't know the answer of why? However, I have attached all relevant evidences which clearly proofs that they are now run around for my little amount withdraw 1500 Zar only. I am looking forward to resolve our issue.
