Virtual City, another casino belonging to Casino Rewards. At the time back in 2009 I was never introduced with the $50 no deposit bonus but rather I was able to take up the $10 no deposit bonus. The bonus became available in my Casino Rewards account as 1000 points equivalent to $10. Of course I have to wait until the bonus appeared in my casino account in order to play. It did not go very well. I do not understand why every time I try out casinos coming from Casino Rewards I lose my balances and bonuses every time. Am I allergic to Casino Rewards? Probably because I never made a withdrawal there! No matter what I played or did the same outcome came to wreck my balances and drop it to zero. Zero, the best number to get on a losing streak! In support I would have to say they were okay but I believe in my opinion that they should be more informative towards players especially if those players are new. I am not saying support is poor but rather it could have been better.
