I opened an account this casino and deposited 10p and you get five spins of the wheel and I won £20 which derives the bonus amount.I met the wager and won £248 withdrew it and for two days it was being "processed"After contacting customer services three times at no time was told anything was wrong,they even sent me 3 emails offering me further deposit match bonuses up to 100%.On the third day they emailed to say my winnings were confiscated as I had multiple accounts.I have one account with their sister companies which I told them and they refuse to give details of them as they say it contravenes the data protection act,strange considering they are supposed to be in my name.You can only their risk department by email to which they wont respond.They are regulated by the Kahnawake gambling commission which unfortunately not whitelisted in the UK gambling Commission like Alderney,Malta etc.There are a number of other reviews from customers like myself.Some have deposited larger amounts of money.In the UK once a company has accepted your card payment they have entered a contact not so with this casino,further they are not allowed in the USA,France,and China to name a few.Should be banned in the UK.my advice to everyone is to stay clear of this casino and others that come under the CR casino Rewards umbrella.

After auditing our systems we have detected that multiple Casino accounts have been created using your PC, email address or personal details.
