Rewards system seems good at start but practically is terrible. I deposited and wagered thousands, and getting a bonus of £10 after wagering £3000 is nothing. Casino race sucks too. Seems nice to be able to participate in a freeroll tournament every two hours, but after trying for 2-3 days to get a place, and when finally win something like 5 or 10 free spins, the final reward of £0.30 (if you are lucky) is not what you were expecting.
So after depositing at least £2000 and wagering way much more the last 2 months, without ever request for a withdraw, asking once, just once, for some freespins, refusal was very disappointing. I already closed my account.

They were nice for a while offering Thursday spins amongst things, then they stopped giving me these spins even thou I deposited same amount or more than before. My guesses are that those spins are given to the top depositors who I also guess don't want them that much since they are on lowest value.

I never accept bonuses as winning and meeting wagering requirements can be a bit hit and miss. I prefer to play with my own money as cashout if I win. I was unaware of accepting a bonus, can't remember there being an option to opt out, well what I saw anyway. Only when I started playing did I realize I was playing with a bonus. Rather than give you a sum straight away it is unlocked as you play and credited to your balance. Once totally completed (shows a progression bar) any winnings you have won during your bonus period will be yours to keep. This happened to me straight away winning over £1000 but with nearly £200 left of my bonus to complete. Luckily I continued playing and got it to £2000 completing wagering requirements, bonus and cashing out. I would say I was very fortunate in doing this.

The variety of slots is very good.
Having played many at many online Casinos i'm sure you are aware of awful tactics to slow down withdrawals and lengthy checking of ID documents etc.With VideoSlots I had my documents ready and submitted them in the 'my profile' section (Photo ID, Bank card copy, bank statement and utility bill).It took them around an hour to process the documents and there was a screen showing the status of the documents the whole time. I believe this is very quick to the days I have had in the past.
I then made a withdrawal and saw it was pending and thought here we go a couple of days for pending status. I was wrong, it was processed within half an hour. I have not received funds to my bank yet and I don't see there being any problems but I must say that the site is a breath of fresh air. Nothing hidden, fast responses and fair withdrawals.
