Hello,
On September 22nd 4 weeks ago I made a withdrawal that Videoslots lost and still haven't solved the problem of finding the money or making a payout. 350 Euro
their live chat has given me several times information that they were waiting for a response from Zimpler, which has not been true.
I have received a reply from Zimpler that they were in contact with Videslots already after two days that they could not carry out the withdrawal because Videoslots did not approve it.
at the latest today, the live support at Videoslots says that the money is stuck in their own system and that they are working on the problem. It has been 4 weeks without them solving the problem and I have sent emails to which they do not respond.
So please can you file a complaint against them as I feel this is the only way I will get the money.
