I first noticed I had issues with my account last Monday. My withdrawals were pending and getting reversed. On contacting support they said my account was undergoing a routine review. My account has been fully verified for numerous years now and every now and again they may ask for the odd thing. Friday came and they asked for ID and bank details which again I provided. I had emails to say these had been checked over and accepted, however my account is still undergoing a review and I cannot withdraw funds. The terms and conditions state withdrawals will be processed within 48 hours even during verification, however no one are giving any time frames on anything.

The withdrawal of 50 GBP was approved yesterday, around 19 GMT, after successful verification.
You should receive the funds within 48 hours of the approval, normally faster but it depends on the payment provider.
