I have been playing for a few months and thought I uploaded my docs via their website upon registration. Yesterday I deposited £100 and my account was blocked from play due to verification. As the website constantly crashes and poor RTP % I just asked them to refund my deposit and close my account as I couldn’t verify docs on their website as I don’t have a laptop. The CS guy told me they can’t refund my deposit as it’s in their T&C’s that each deposit must be wagered on games and I have no right to a refund of my deposit?! Erm… what?!!( he also sent me the link to this in their T&C’s and told me I agreed to this upon registering. I know casinos must verify customers for winnings etc but they allowed me to deposit £100 without telling me my payments & game play are on hold. This is fraudulent in my opinion. After much back and forth with the CS live chat and unanswered emails, I’ve sent my docs via email and since I submitted my docs my account has now been closed and the £100 deposit hasn’t been refunded. I have asked them why my account was closed and have yet to receive a response, I’ve only received emails saying my docs are blurry which is impossible as it’s screen shots of bank statement etc. I now think I’ll have to raise a fraudulent alert with my bank to get my £100 back which seems absurd to me.
