Great selection of games, rapid cashouts looking for to novomatics when they finally come
From day one of joining I've been unable to get the SMS deposit code required by videoslots despite my details being correct and its the number they ring me on, I've been told a number of times that its being looked into but it never gets sorted so after the amount of times you can deposit runs out they have to ring me again if I want to spend money with them. This is not always good for me to take a phone call (why are they the only site that does this deposit method?) as a business method it must be costing them money and if the system is broken fix it either way its poor.

Dont like that you have 2 options to deposit.
It will either let you do a quick deposit of the same amout you deposited before. But on a mobile device when I clicked deposit it looked like nothing happened so clicked deposit again. When the screen still looked the same because im on a mobile so I scrolled up and the confirmation message was the top. So I deposiyed an additional 2 times instead of 1 without knowing.
If the quick deposit option doesnt appear it makes you find your bank card and enter everything in again which is even more annoying

I like the following:
1) Lots of choices.
2) Very nice graphics and options to win like the casino race, the casino battles are fun if you don't want to spend a fortune. The best casino I have played at so far and I play many.
3) The options in seeing the highest paying slots although these can be misleading.
4) The casino manager responds to each comment. That says something.
1) Not many bonuses. Although those that are given are calculated differently than most casinos.
2) The verification process is a little absurd as I was accepted on the intadebit and refused on all others simply because you cannot use the same identity twice so you have to look for other cards to be accepted.
3) The fact that although I like the casino, I have played lots of cash and can never seem to cash out as the casino seems to take it back pretty quick, (this is in comparison to others I've played in.
4) Customer service helped to get my verification for Instadebit confirmed when I had downloaded the same exact identity card as I had originally downloaded but was refused the first time ???

OK so the concept of this site is different in both positive and negative. I do have to disagree with some of the other contributors but guess that's down to taste and opinion. Videoslots try and give you something back rather than 50% bonus every week for whatever event in the world is going on at that time, and yes it is annoying when some of the promotions T&C aren't as transparent as would do them credit but that is down to customers like me skimming.
I have had so many random rewards or tokens and unexpected won quite nice sums which if I wanted to could of withdrawn. There withdrawal process isn't some mastermind challenge they just have their own procedures which I guess we should value as a good practice.
The site has far to much going on from the log in page to the different sections and events in events to get involved in which can be confusing to newbies at best. I have nothing at all good to say about this site. So so dissapointed.
Customer service is really bad. Does not state what documents are needed for I.d in the terms and conditions. Lied to numerous occasions. So dissapointed that I made deposits because if this had been stated properly I would not have even registered. Told that they don't accept birth certificate as I.D TWICE, then told they do, then told it wasn't a birth certificate. (which it clearly is).
ADVICE for anyone wanting to join up stay CLEAR. The customer service don't care and won't help with the matter at all.

The reason why a Birth Certificate is not a valid ID is due to 2 major points, there is no expiration date nor any photo, making it almost impossible for us to actually verify your identity with this document. Due to the above, when you verify your identity, above the box where you upload the document you can read that "To confirm your identity please upload a scan of your government issued photo ID. Acceptable documents are Drivers License, Passport and National ID Card." Since a Birth Certificate is neither, we cannot accept it. The exception you were informed about is when a player has no possible way to verify themselves, we offer a one-time way to withdraw via getting a solicitor to copy, stamp, and sign a copy of your certificate so we have some way of verifying that the person in question is the one on the Birth Certificate. Lots of games. Prob is servers crashing all the time, credit goes missing when page is refreshed and support are not what you would call support. Can't do anything, don't keep records of chats, slow chatting, almost the same speed as emails! Forget about getting vip treatment here, pretty much a no bonus casino when depositing.

I really have had, still have and continue to have the same issue as so many have complained about on this site. It is the verification process.. I was advised a few times how quick the cashouts are.
