Nothing to like about this Casino. They instantly take your money and when you try to withdraw your winnings it’s impossible. Ask for every document you have before they ‘Review’ your game play.

The support staff are rude and abrupt. They are no help in resolving any issues. The ‘finance’ team must only work 1 hour a day as it takes them forever to ‘Review’ withdrawals.
7 days later and still reviewing my game play. I’m not expecting to get paid out, clearly they are looking for something to refuse the payout.

Won 4k at roulette, they don't payout! Uploading documents 10 different ones busy for 2 weeks. After that login again balance zero. History of gambling also gone. Big fat scam.

There's nothing to like, if it was possible to rate a site 0 stars I would. Definitely look elsewhere if you want to gamble online. I would struggle to find any positives at all.

Make sure to read the T&C's before depositing. If you deposit less than £200.00 in total, then you can only withdraw 10x your last deposit amount. Never have I seen such a rule with any other casino. Customer Service is also very unprofessional and there doesn’t have any feeling of legitimacy with this casino, there are many other casinos that are much better than this one. I fell for this casino only just last week, instant regret after I deposited then read all the reviews about this site and there sister sites.

I have never ever ever experienced such a terrible customer service team, they are rude, one told me his momma told him not to talk to strangers when I requested a call back!? I could not believe my eyes. I simply questioned the legitimacy of this company, the licence they have and how they operate with UK players and was given nothing but rude answers from every single agent.

So I made it my mission for 5 days to track down the owner (director) of these sites. Not only did I track her down, yes you read it right her, I also traced the legal team who represents this company. It took alot of effort, a lot of digging for nearly 8 hours a day for 5 days straight, but I did, and they responded within minutes of my email via there Facebook company page which is a very large law firm.

They have confirmed that they represent this company and director and have accepted my complaints and agreed to refund my deposits in full.

I find this an absolute fantastic result against such an awful casino.

The casino is totally rubbish. Deposit take straight. 5 days for documents check, 5 days to process the withdraw and another 5 to get winnings. I never receive my winning. Customer service very poor.

Declined a Withdrawal of nearly 3000 Euro’s. Casino will not allow you to withdraw any winnings if you bet 30% or more of your total deposit. Unethical, unreasonable and unfair. Never played anywhere before with such a absurd t&c. Withdrawal declined and all winnings removed from account, do not play here under any circumstances, this casino is a law unto themselves.

Nothing, only that depositing is very easy (withdrawing is the impossible bit).

BEWARE. Will not payout anything under 100. I refused all bonuses and free spins. It is hidden in their small print. Never experienced anything like it. Don't hand over money to them, you will never get it back!

did not even get to deposit, asking live chat some questions only to be insulted with a :P attached like a child, very rude and could not answer simple question about wager requirements then complained that i was taking up "his" time.

Terrible site, no customer service what so ever, you email them it takes weeks and weeks for a reply.
Stay well clear of this site. Don’t give you withdrawals, without putting up a fight

No redeeming points, really not one I can think off

They don't pay out, twice I have sent verification docs, I tried to withdraw €400, all emails to support and finance now go unanswered, live chat just tells me they can't help and to wait.....going on 2 weeks now, One day they say give it 48 hours, then 48 Hours later they say they cant help on live chat, tell me wait longer and to have a nice day and then cut me off. I recommend that one avoids this casino, my worst experience ever.
