Make sure to read the T&C's before depositing. If you deposit less than £200.00 in total, then you can only withdraw 10x your last deposit amount. Never have I seen such a rule with any other casino. I have never ever ever experienced such a terrible customer service team, they are rude, one told me his momma told him not to talk to strangers when I requested a call back!? I could not believe my eyes. I simply questioned the legitimacy of this company, the licence they have and how they operate with UK players and was given nothing but rude answers from every single agent.

So I made it my mission for 5 days to track down the owner (director) of these sites. Not only did I track her down, yes you read it right her, I also traced the legal team who represents this company. It took alot of effort, a lot of digging for nearly 8 hours a day for 5 days straight, but I did, and they responded within minutes of my email via there Facebook company page which is a very large law firm.

They have confirmed that they represent this company and director and have accepted my complaints and agreed to refund my deposits in full.

I find this an absolute fantastic result against such an awful casino.

The casino is totally rubbish. Deposit take straight. 5 days for documents check, 5 days to process the withdraw and another 5 to get winnings. I never receive my winning. Customer service very poor.

Declined a Withdrawal of nearly 3000 Euro’s. Casino will not allow you to withdraw any winnings if you bet 30% or more of your total deposit. Unethical, unreasonable and unfair. Never played anywhere before with such a absurd t&c. Withdrawal declined and all winnings removed from account, do not play here under any circumstances, this casino is a law unto themselves.

They don't pay out, twice I have sent verification docs, I tried to withdraw €400, all emails to support and finance now go unanswered, live chat just tells me they can't help and to wait.....going on 2 weeks now, One day they say give it 48 hours, then 48 Hours later they say they cant help on live chat, tell me wait longer and to have a nice day and then cut me off. I recommend that one avoids this casino, my worst experience ever.

They are operating without alicence in the UK. When I asked them to close my account and refund my deposit they said they would if I signed a disclaimer not to publicly criticise them. A very dodgy casino. I deposited £180 and won £1750 and they would not let me withdraw. They told me that because my deposit was low, they would not let me withdraw it as it is not fair! I could not believe what I was hearing. It is a gambling site that actually restricts your winnings based on the amount that you deposit?! Avoid at all costs! They would not let me self-exclude, and kept talking to me really strange in the chat. I have today reported to the UKGC as this is not the way a casino should be operating in the UK. Appears to have a large selection of games but when you deposit all the net-ent, play'n go and next gen disappear. I proceeded to withdraw because of this. I had put €20 in but the minimum withdraw is €100 (about £90), so I had to try to get that. Luckily I did but I would avoid the casino at all costs. The responsible gambling part of the website at the bottom of the site doesn't actually offer any tools to restrict your gambling. It simply lists ways to know if you have a gambling problem. The T&Cs say to get in touch with live chat if you want to self-exclude (this is hidden in the terms and hard to find!) I did this and was told that chat needed to be disconnected for the operator to do it. 3 days later and it hasn't been done. There also isn't a way to set a deposit limit. For me, responsible gambling tools are something that make or break a casino and unfortunately this broke it for me.

Bonus terms are misleading. Maybe its only for UK players? So 40x wagering if from UK, written nice and clear in the terms, that's fine, but it states all games contribute 100% to wagering (which I assume is true for games available, can't find wagering progress) but strangely enough once registered all the mainstream providers disappear, (No NetEnt, Play N Go, NextGen).

I try the unfamiliar providers, first ten or so games I try, can't play with bonus funds, finally find a few games I can play (Fugaso & Boongo providers) with bonus funds, have a few spins, leave the game, can't open next one as have unfinished game, go back to previous game, not unfinished, lets me spin again, no win, money taken for spin, same error message, give up for a few hours.
