Nothing whatsoever! I have been lied to blatantly and been asked not to say anything in public if I want my money returned! What reputable company would do this?

They are operating without alicence in the UK. When I asked them to close my account and refund my deposit they said they would if I signed a disclaimer not to publicly criticise them. I agreed but two weeks later they still have not refunded my deposit. They are 100%corrupt and I will happily show the emails they sent me if required. Steer clear at all costs!

A very dodgy casino. I deposited £180 and won £1750 and they would not let me withdraw. They told me that because my deposit was low, they would not let me withdraw it as it is not fair! I could not believe what I was hearing. It is a gambling site that actually restricts your winnings based on the amount that you deposit?! Avoid at all costs! They would not let me self-exclude, and kept talking to me really strange in the chat. I have today reported to the UKGC as this is not the way a casino should be operating in the UK. They are not governed by anyone either it appears, but they allow players to sign up and take your money, but not pay out....!! Weird!! I was so angry about this so I suggest you keep clear folks!

Not much at all. If anything withdraws get approved or rejected pretty fast.

Appears to have a large selection of games but when you deposit all the net-ent, play'n go and next gen disappear. I proceeded to withdraw because of this. I had put €20 in but the minimum withdraw is €100 (about £90), so I had to try to get that. Luckily I did but I would avoid the casino at all costs. I am a player from the UK so it may change if from EU.

The responsible gambling part of the website at the bottom of the site doesn't actually offer any tools to restrict your gambling. It simply lists ways to know if you have a gambling problem. The T&Cs say to get in touch with live chat if you want to self-exclude (this is hidden in the terms and hard to find!) I did this and was told that chat needed to be disconnected for the operator to do it. 3 days later and it hasn't been done. There also isn't a way to set a deposit limit. For me, responsible gambling tools are something that make or break a casino and unfortunately this broke it for me.

Site looks good and easy to navigate. Very generous welcome bonus, at first glance, with reasonable terms X20 wagering. But all is not as it seems.

Bonus terms are misleading. Maybe its only for UK players? So 40x wagering if from UK, written nice and clear in the terms, that's fine, but it states all games contribute 100% to wagering (which I assume is true for games available, can't find wagering progress) but strangely enough once registered all the mainstream providers disappear, (No NetEnt, Play N Go, NextGen).

I try the unfamiliar providers, first ten or so games I try, can't play with bonus funds, finally find a few games I can play (Fugaso & Boongo providers) with bonus funds, have a few spins, leave the game, can't open next one as have unfinished game, go back to previous game, not unfinished, lets me spin again, no win, money taken for spin, same error message, give up for a few hours. Go back and play some more, loads of errors on games, ask support, they open with a polite message asking what is wrong, then before i can type reply, another generic meesage saying 'can't help, site maintenance, come back in a few hours'!

I'm sure this is a nice casino for some players but would not recommend if from the UK until mainstream providers are available. Also, funds are in Euros, feel I've wasted £178 (200euro). I always accept I've lost when I deposit but at least expect to have a few hours of fun (bonus funds help prolong this) playing mainstream games as advertised on front page of site and common to most sites, but now stuck with a very limited selection of unfamiliar games I can play with, and my deposit is locked into a bonus (which I believe has 24k of wagering to complete, but can't confirm).

The interface is deacent and the search for games seems quick. They have playson which i enjoy.

I deposited 25EUR and was lucky enough to get sum wins up to 850EUR. This was the point where I got aware that if you have not deposited at least 200EUR, you can only withdraw a max of 10 times you deposit. This leave me with 600EUR that the live staff AGREED was worth 0EUR. THIS IS EVEN THOUGH I HAD NO DEPOSIT BONUS - NO DEPOSIT BONUS - IT WAS RAW MONEY. So if you deposit 25 eur and win a huge jackpot of 250.000 or likewise, be aware that you can only withdraw 10 times deposit. I have played online casinos for 100k+ and never ran into such withdrawal rules when no bonuses or likewise are applied.

Has quite a good selection of games, 247 live support, site easy to navigate, nice welcome bonus, quick to verify documents and process withdrawal - just waiting for funds to hit my account.

Read the T&C’s carefully before depositing or accepting bonus. Some unusual terms around withdrawal limits based on how much you have deposited in total. If less than 200, you are limited to x10 last deposit amount.
