Hi. Thank you for hearing me out. I have a withrawl pending now for 4 days ($217). Spinrider casino says pending time is 24-48 hrs. I have chatted with support twice now as to why the delay and I'm not getting a clear answer. I'm fully verified and did not take any match bonus so I should have been paid by now. I do have copies of my chat logs should Ask Gamblers require them. Thank you.

I made 6 withdrawals by bank transfer from SpinRider Casino. 4900 Norwegian kroner (NOK) each, a total of 29400 NOK (about 3200 US dollars). The withdrawals were approved on October 9. Now, October 29, I'm still waiting to get the money into my bank account. I sent a bank statement from October showing that I have not recived any money, but nothing happens. Is it normal for this to take so long?

I did a withdrawal on July 14, they said it was accepted on July 19, then they said it was accepted on July 19, then they told me it will take 3-5 business days which is fine. Now they told me it will take 7-10 business days. It is past that now and I am not getting answers as to where my withdrawal is and I had gotten nothing in my bank account .

I deposited £1500 on 7th August 2018. I didn't gamble with any of it and I received an email almost instantly saying my account was frozen and my £1500 would be returned to me. I have emailed them multiple times and they don't really tell me anything other than to wait. As my account is frozen I can't log in to check status of any payments.

I just want my £1500 back. Can you help please?

the following on 11.10.2018 I signed up with the SpinRider Casino (my username: ayto1980) 50 euro via Paysafecard and took advantage of a bonus. At the end I earned a profit in the amount of 120,000 euros and wanted to have them paid out now. Since I was not yet verified, I did this now, which turned out to be very difficult and finally but now worked on 06.11.2018.
In the meantime, SpinRider has confiscated my profit and refunded my 50 Euro entry fee on the grounds that my phone number is already being used in another account, but this can not be true because I was neither logged in to SpinRider nor active.
I wanted to have proof from SpinRider:
1. Which account did my mobile number use?
2. Is this account verified?
3. Has a bonus been claimed?
You have denied me this until today (13.11.2018).
I have behaved regular and would like to be treated like this.
I would ask you to help me with my case because I do not know what to do next.

hi askgamblers made a withdraw 2018-05-28 and spinrider site says it takes 2-5days and now its 6days and still no smoke of the money from the casino its have been approved and all documents are verified... I have never been whit any casino that takes this long to pay out please help me in this case askgamblers ill send whit the print screen from casino whit the withdrawn that only should take 2-5days to get to bank and a print screen on my bank account so u can see that i haven't got them in the time frames that the site says

I've had a look at their terms but the only clause I can find is the following in their T&C: 10.4 If you win €100,000 or more, we reserve the right to divide the payout into ten instalments, paid as 10 per cent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts and you shall not treat us as a financial institution. Next to that the take the withdrawal date and time as a benchmark with the week, they take 1 or 2 days to process a withdrawal so in the worst case it takes not a week but 9 days. Could you advise on the procedure to take?

Storytime: I saw their attractive 200% Bonus, and thought I'd give it a go. Deposited £500, received £1000, total of £1500. I immediately became saddened when I realized that the max I could wager was £5. It was a Wednesday night with nothing to do, I thought I would start with Immortal Romance. Bet £4.80 and hit the bonus spins and immediately won £1400. I went over to Starburst and started wagering £5 until I had cleared the wagering requirement being left with around £1400 still. Long story short, I immediately increased the wager limit after I double checked I had cleared the wagering requirements, and through a mix of Titans/Immortal Romance/Starburst I ended the next night (Thursday) with £15.5k. Processed for a withdrawal and went to bed. Cue the next night (Friday), I felt lucky so I reversed 2.5k and put 13k back to withdraw and thought I'd have some fun on Starburst wagering between 50-100. I dropped down to around 1k and didn't feel comfortable to continue the high bet (£100) I was betting without the backing of my balance...so I withdrew the 13k and had my entire balance live. I started betting again, £100 per bet on Starburst and about 5 spins later I had won £14k with an almost full house on one spin! It was such a crazy moment. I checked my balance just to be sure I wasn't dreaming and I had roughly £28k in my balance. This is where it gets weird. I spun it 2-3 more times at the £100 bet, and when the screen refreshed after a spin I noticed that my bank balance had gone down by £15k instantly. The Starburst screen then went very weird and closed out. I then saw the remainder of (£13.5k) disappear into the pending withdrawal tab in my account. They have agreed to process my withdrawal of £28.5k though, which is the main concern for me, but the timing seems a little weird that I get banned MID GAME right after I win £14k on one spin. I've seen some other reviews regarding people getting banned for the same reason. I would just like for my money to be credited to my account ASAP, I submitted all of my documents AND THEN SOME just to make sure they have everything. As an FYI, I technically never went into the bonus whilst the bonus 'was in play', so I technically never used it, but never went above the £5 bet. The money is mine, won fair and square, and I don't intend to wait this '48 hour' cooling down period as I don't have access AT ALL to my account so there is no cooling down! I'd like an apology for the way I was treated and a speedy withdrawal.

Played without bonus. Won 700 euros. Withdrawing 700 euros. Verification process in progress. Been 6 days from first withdrawal request. They asked more evidence, which then provided. No reply for that within 3 days. Visited site today. Unable to access with correct username/password. Tried to reset password. No username exist in database. Contacted live chat. Said site is under maintenance. Told to access within 1 hour again. after 2 hours, site still in maintenance. Asked from support email. No response.
