hi askgamblers
made a withdraw 2018-05-28 and spinrider site says it takes 2-5days and now its 6days and still no smoke of the money from the casino its have been approved and all documents are verified... I have never been whit any casino that takes this long to pay out please help me in this case askgamblers
ill send whit the print screen from casino whit the withdrawn that only should take 2-5days to get to bank and a print screen on my bank account so u can see that i haven't got them in the time frames that the site says

We have shared your details with our customer service team and will be back in touch soon.

But as you know, we obey the relevant regulations and once a customer requests their first withdraw, we have several days to request their ID, check that everything is ok and release the withdrawal. Once the withdrawal is released, then the bank can take some time too. Once this process is done, the following withdrawals are much faster.

for the first already ID and documents are done and approved, and that what u say hole time the bank is holding the money but bank don't hold money for that long this is day 7 now and still nothing in bank account .....but this answer u give ain't no straight answer wheres my money are can u tell me instead when im gone get my money, becuse i have never wait this long for money from casino..and as u can se from this site im not the first u have stalled or delayed payment for ....i hope this will sort out good so we can end this case whit a green smile insteed of a red sad face on your site it stands 2-5days i hope it will show up this week

chat whit live chat today and now thy telling me maby it culd be wrong in bank information...i know i post right things when adding it and i also sen a print screen to support whit my IBAN number and so on this is ridiculous ...thy told me to wait until economic department write me on email ...well why wait out for it and take this time when alredy delayed payment that's not good customer service

hi i hope u can sort out this until tomorrow or do i need to wait Saturday and Sunday until bank day Monday again to se if money have been transferred to my account then its almost 2weeks to get the money ...should at least get some goodwill for this at the site ...not my fault , more likely economics department that made a mistake ,,,hope for a fast solution on this case best regards

update now thy want me to wait untill 13 june to see if i get it under that time frame ...and if i dont get it then i shall send a bank statement from my acount from 29maj until 13 june...thats realy ridiculous that i have to wait like 2-3weeks to see if i get em thats what i call stalling a payment and bad service when its spinrider that mess things up pleace aint there any manger that can handel this case faster!?

We have checked your profile and from our side, as you mentioned, everything has been released and accepted the last 28th of May. So, unfortunately, we can't do anything from here.

We recommend you to get in touch with your bank since they might be holding this withdrawal.

and sound strange that you cant do anything about it must be your problem untill i get my money?....i gone go to bank on monday and cheek whit them about this ...i wunder if i can get the proof whit out payment from your side whit the details so i can show bank to my mail!?

hi i have been to my bank today and thy say there is nothing incoming to my account from you spinrider ...so that u say bank holding my money is not true that i confimed by my bank!!! please explaine your self where my money are

update according to spinriders support , i will receive the money this week ill be back whit an update if it comes

apparently it was the payment provider they say that haven't paid out the winnings and it have just been done so it shuld be in this week

im hoping this is true or is it just another story from them because i went to bank and got confirmed that i haven't received anything from them under this almost 3 week waiting for my whitdraw
